SIGNED BOOK ORDER FORM

YAY! It’s time for the one-a-year signed-book order form! This is not a book box – you can pick and choose any of books on the form – both paperback and hardcovers. Plus any combination of all the different book goodies.

(I’m hoping there are no mistakes on these forms – but you never know – so if you find one just make a post in Shrike Bikes and let me know! TY!)

PLEASE NOTE

THIS FORM WILL CLOSE ON OCTOBER 26 – NO EXCEPTIONS. All the books need to be ordered before I can send them and it will take at least 4-6 weeks just for the book order to arrive to my house. If they arrive by December 15, I will send that week and they should arrive to you by Christmas. But I can’t really make any kind of shipping promise because the printing and shipping takes so long these days.

I am not combining paperbacks and hardbacks because they come from two different printers and will NOT arrive at the same time. So to help me stay sane, they need their own shipping boxes. 

IF YOU WANT MORE THAN ONE COPY OF A CERTAIN BOOK, JUST CHECK ANOTHER BOOK OF THE SAME PRICE AND LEAVE ME A NOTE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM!

BOOKS ARE PRICED BASED ON LENGTH. I write a lot of long books so that’s why so many are over $15. Long books just cost more to print. HARDCOVERS are slightly more expensive than the paperbacks. Almost all the hardcovers have a HIDDEN CASE COVER WITH A SECOND DESIGN. So they have a dust jacket cover and case cover.

The only exception to this is All the Beautiful Shit (No dust jacket) and Creeping Beautiful and Pretty Nightmare – they both have dust jacket but no hidden case cover. (JUNCO has both dust jacket and case cover – but the case cover IS THE SAME DESIGN).

This is the maximum I can fit into one padded envelope.

This flat-rate padded envelope is the only option I have. If you REALLY want to spend $100 just on SHIPPING, I will be happy to fill up a flat-rate box. But it will FOR REAL be $100 for shipping. The cost of USA international shipping is INSANE. Just message me and we’ll work it out.

MY FORM ENDED UP BEING TOO LONG, SO NO JULIE & JOHNATHAN BOOKS ARE OFFERED IN THIS ORDER FORM. Sorry, I just had too many options with all the candles and stuff. So I had to take some books off the form to fit them in.

NOTICE

Every single book goodie in this order form is HAND MADE in SMALL BATCHES and ALL supplies were purchased from businesses in the USA. Nothing came from Amazon. The labels were purchased from Blue Bee Printing. The fabric was purchased from Bluprint (which unfortunately, went out of business during Covid). The crystals and rocks came from Fire Mountain Gems. The dried flowers on top of the candles and the hand-dyed cotton ribbon on the ornaments both came from Etsy from USA shops. And all candle-making supplies came from CandleScience.

Because everything is handmade there will be some variations. The fabric used on the bookmarks and tree ornaments will also vary. I always choose a pattern that compliments the main design. So it will look nice, but they will all be different. Same for the candle colors. They will very CLOSE in color, but not exact because I make them in small batches (usually 4- 8 candles a batch). The labels are all the same and there will be no variations in labels.
