Welcome to my annual 12 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS!

If you’re new to this – here’s how it works:

1.   Each day from December 1 through December 12 I will put up a new giveaway HERE on my website with instructions on how to enter, a detailed description of the prize, and some stuff about the book or series. Each giveaway is different and each has ONE WINNER. MY GIVEAWAYS ARE ALWAYS OPEN INTERNATIONAL

2.   Each giveaway runs UNTIL DECEMBER 13.

3.   Winners are CHOSEN and NOTIFIED on December 14. I will be notifying winners USING THE EMAIL USED TO COMMENT ON THIS BLOG – and all winners will BE LISTED AT THE TOP OF EACH GIVEAWAY POST HERE ON MY WEBSITE on December 14.

4.   Winners have 24 hours to respond, then another winner will be chosen.

5.   ALL PRIZES WILL BE MAILED ON DECEMBER 15.  If I’m waiting on a winner to respond and they miss the December 15 mail date, that prize will be mailed when I get around to it. I live in the middle of nowhere so a trip to the post office is a “thing” for me. 🙂 So make sure you’re checking for winners on the 14th.

6.   I will send newsletters announcing giveaways on December 1, December 6, December 12, and a Winner newsletter on December 14. I NEVER send this many newsletters in a month so sorry if that feels spammy.

7.   You can also FOLLOW MY BLOG. I will also make a blog post HERE announcing ALL WINNERS on the 14th. If you want to follow this blog there will be a form at the bottom of each post to do that. Then you get an email when I POST HERE. I don’t do that often – December is the exception because of the 12 Days and my yearly “Wrap-up” post.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

THAT’S IT! I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY THIS!

The world is INSANE right now so I’m just trying to spread some cheer and give back to all of you who support me and enjoy the stories I create.

NOW LET’S GET ON TO THE FIRST GIVEAWAY!

IN EACH POST I WILL HIGHLIGHT A BOOK

TODAY’S BOOK HIGHLIGHT IS 321!

THREE, TWO, ONE

ONE GIRL
Battered, barefoot, and huddled under a bookstore awning in the pouring rain, Blue only knows one thing. After fifteen months of captivity, finally… she is free.

TWO FRIENDS
Self-made millionaires JD and Ark are not out to save anyone when they stumble upon a wet and shivering girl one early Sunday morning. But when you sell sex for a living and salvation rings your bell… you answer the call.

THREE SOULMATES
After years of searching, love lifts the veil of darkness, and three people—with three very big secrets—find themselves bound together in a relationship that defies the odds.

Or does it?
Love. Lust. Sex.
This trinity might be perfection… but not everything should come in threes.

WARNING: This is a STANDALONE non-traditional M/F/M ROMANCE with a non-traditional ending.

P.S. – While I would NOT call 321 a “holiday book” it does take place at Christmas. 🙂

WHAT IS YOUR ‘BIG WANT’ OUT OF 2023?

I have so many books I want to write so I will be pretty focused on writing. I will also be concentrating on my riding and getting my horses back into work. Other than that, I don’t have a lot planned for 2023. Writing and riding! Maybe do some projects around the farm, but honestly, I did so many farm projects last year I’m kinda over it. I’m crossing my fingers that my goat are pregnant and there will be babies in the spring. 🙂 That would be fun. And the whole point of getting dairy goats was to learn how to make cheese and yogurt, so hopefully I’ll have a chance to do that.

2023 is going to be a lot of staying home and working on what I have, I guess.

BUT JOHNATHAN AND I WILL SEE YOU ALL AT BOOK BONANZA AT THE END OF JUNE! We’re working on our new book right now (and it’s so fuckin’ funny!) So I can’t wait for that.

ALL GIVEAWAYS END DECEMBER 13TH AT MIDNIGHT MOUNTAIN TIME.

WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED ON DECEMBER 14 – PLEASE RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS

GIFTS WILL ALL BE SENT ON THE 15TH!

BTW – THERE ARE THREE EASY WAYS TO STAY IN TOUCH with me.

It’s ONLY tied to BLOG POSTS.

TWO – JOIN MY NEWSLETTER – you will get an email when I send a newsletter. I don’t send very many. Maybe once a month unless I’m up to something special. But you will NOT be notified of blog posts.

2023-I feel like “that’s not a real year” because I never expected to live this long. I will be 55 tomorrow. I am planning on taking my husband to Hawaii in May for our 30th anniversary/honeymoon that we never had. We currently gate guard for the oilfield so it is 24/7/365- I hope we can take a break, find some land closer to our grand babies and maybe find a plan B. I like the sound of a few goats to produce dairy products.

Just to completely put me out of contention immediately, I want a week to myself, like a spa week where all problems & complications are left in somebody else’s hands. I cared for my dad for years leading up to his death in late Nov 2019. And prior to that occurring, my mother had already started becoming ill w what would soon be diagnosed w Alzheimer’s & to be completely fair, my sisters had their own families with which to deal (I wasn’t married) so it made sense for me to care for our parents. However doing so can be unbelievably draining, no matter how much you love your parents, and I do love them – well now, just the one remaining parent – more than can be expressed – but we don’t have a “just in case” indl should our RN become ill, & my mother doesn’t like me leaving the apartment as a general rule & years from now, I’m not going to regret the staying home with my mother rather than going out w friends. It’s simply that if I don’t get some kind of break from everything- I’m thinking a full week away to myself – I might actually go completely insane and I don’t see how that will help anybody. However looking right above, I see someone discussing an Ed Sheeran concert that also sounds amazing; it’s simply that the one completely awesome night will likely not relax me enough to go back with a new, calmer attitude. I obviously feel guilty about this or I simply would have simply said “ I want a week long spa vacay” but I feel I’m leaving my responsibilities behind. Still, it would be nice to get massages and relax and just reread your books (some I still haven’t yet read; bought but still waiting tbr.) So that’s the really really long winded answer. So sorry. Still not succinct. One day I will learn. Thank you, if nothing else, for these sporadic outlets and possible chances. I think of them like the lottery, but I actually did enter a number of them so there’s some teeny tiny possibility of winning. Either way, tho, it was a nice break from RL. Thanks again!!

Don’t get me wrong there’s so many things about my life I love and would never change, but when I looked in my inter-mirror there’s something that’s missing. So my goal for 2023 is to do some soul-searching and not be afraid to go after my dreams. Even if I don’t have a clue what they are the right now.

My wish for 2023 is actually for my husband. We met in 2018 both in unhappy marriages with partners with substance abuse issues. Our life together started with practically nothing tangible. We purchased our modest mobile home in 2019 & got married in 2020. Early in 2021 he noticed numbness & tingling in the fingers in both hands as well as pain in his right leg/hip. Quickly overshadowed in March by a submandibular abscess that resulted in a week in (3 different) hospitals, 3 ambulance rides, 2 ICUs and 2 surgeries. The pain, numbness & tingling continued along with a host of other symptoms & a PCP who was unwilling to refer to a neurologist (but happy to prescribe Viagra, go figure) He collapsed in July when his leg just gave out – another trip to the ER and a lumbar MRI showed nothing but arthritis – 2 days later a trip to ortho urgent care revealed a broken fibula. That fall was oddly, a blessing – the team at the ortho practice ordered additional imaging which revealed a critical situation – herniated disc compressing his spinal cord which could imminently lead to paralysis. Within 5 days he had ACDF surgery, but the spinal cord damage is permanent. The symptoms are permanent and there are many days that he struggles to walk around the house, let alone work. It’s a cycle of pain management visits, medications and epidural nerve injections that wear off long before the next scheduled injection. Sleepless nights, frustration, depression etc… My wish for him in 2023 is to have fewer full body spasms, less debilitating pain and more peace.

I really want and need to get a handle on my weight and overall health. I also want to plan a kick ass trip to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary. I want my husband and I to be in a better place with our grief, and both be able to function and live life versus just survive it.

My want for 2023 is to be happy, healthy and relatively stress free. I had 2 hand surgeries in the last 14 months and the toll my bank account took is stressing me out and hurting my soul. I was off almost 7 months but it needed to be done, however I still feel guilty taking that time off. The economy is horrible and our money just doesn’t go as far as it used to so I am always worrying about every purchase, even food. We have a teenage daughter who is little concept of conserving money but it’s not on her, it’s on me. She also has TMJ which is not covered by insurance and cost us over 1K to get her able to eat again. It’s better but not fixed. I just want 2023 to be free of stress and medical issues and someone always being sick with covid or the flu

I still want to replace the hazelnut trees with some type of fruit tree we currently have apple and cherry trees in the front. I want a plum and maybe a peach tree as well. I know we would need two of course for germination I just haven’t decided which I want more.

In sad I missed some of the giveaways, I was traveling back to Spain, visited family and friends, bought an SUV, packed the remaining belongings I had in a warehouse in Madrid, I don’t know how but packed it all up (9 suitcase and 9 boxes (took the contents out of the boxes and put them in trash bags to be able to fill everything in (had to leave one suitcase and two boxes) but, anyhow, drove all the way to my home in Tarragona (you all are welcome to visit). Ok, now on to 2023: I want to finish getting my son Héctor settled into college so that I can finally focus on settling myself in Spain for good. At the moment I’m pernoctating in three countries: USA, Ghana and Spain so I want to finally settle in and have all my belongings in one place. It’s a very simple goal. I can’t wait to learn more about that book bonanza in June and obviously read all the incoming books. Life is bland when I don’t have one of your books to listen to.

    Cheers,

It’s not to late to enter the ones you missed. Julie has it set up where you can go to the days you missed and answer the question and your good to go. She’s mentioned it several times or maybe in every giveaway day. Good luck!

2023 is SO important to me. It begins a new chapter in my life. My youngest will be graduating from homeschool before the end of 2022, and so I’ll be able to focus on my new career goal, that of author. My plans for 2023 are to write three or four books before publishing anything so that I can schedule them out and develop an audience while I continue writing. I’ve been getting such great advice from a little handful of long-time author friends who are so supportive. Impostor syndrome is so real! LOL

As for 321, Ford may be my favorite character of yours, but 321 is my favorite book of yours. With you being my favorite author, I would be SO stoked to win any one of these giveaways. Good luck to all and happy holidays!

I have 2 big wants out of 2023….
I love my new job and the opportunities it gives me and I want to be able to take full advantage of those and see the impact that they have on so many. My other BIG want is that I WANTTTTT to go to book bonanza in June! 😩😩 I was one of the many bazillion who was in line that day for tickets that got booted out. I’m still super salty about it if you can’t tell, but I am nothing but an eternal optimist so maybe I will get lucky on one of the many groups and forums I’m in to try to get tickets 😉

Thank you for doing this give away! This is my first one to participate in but I feel like an expert in your books. I love your writing style and the complexity of your characters so much…I guess that’s why I struggle with believing that they are real or not…bc they most definitely are real to me.

This is a hard one. I want a lot! I guess the most important “Want” for myself, is satisfaction. Satisfaction that I’m enough in every way for my family, friends, and me. My family live 3 hours away and I visit 7-8 times a year but sometimes feel I can get there more often. I have 2 grade school age grandkids that I keep daily so don’t get much girlfriend time. I am 43 years old and constantly look in the mirror for my next Botox touch up spot. I want 2023 to be the year I realize my family doesn’t expect more travel time from me, that my friends totally understand that this age I have grandkids is to make memories, and finally, for me to be satisfied that I look Amazing for being over 40.

Women will be treated not like 2nd class citizens but with respect and dammit equal pay. That the LGBTQ+ people be accepted EVERYWHERE. Please no more shootings especially at little children. Cure for cancer, ALS or any other horrible diseases would be lovely. I know these are big asks but it would be so great if they happened.

I’m not going to say my most pressing, absolute, begging-to-the-heavens want out of a superstitious thought that then it won’t happen. But my second want is to get a part-time job in my field. That would be very, very cool to have happen.

Merry Christmas, Julie and thanks for both the awesome books and the awesome giveaways!

My big wish for 2023! Besides the obvious of keeping my family and friends all safe & healthy. I really hope that I will be get motivated to clean out our closets and storage bldg we call the Bunker and free myself of the burden of holding onto junk I don’t need. I have a lot of it! Then have the energy to post the more valuable things on Mercari and make a little extra $$ for my seatbelt purse habit, crafting and book reading.

To get out of this go nowhere/do nothing rut. Like I have no desire to do things, and if I set a goal I don’t even try. Kinda depressing this year is almost over and it was wasted. I didn’t even feel like reading much. Then again 2022 did not start off good health wise. I’m hopping to end this year how I want 2023 to kick off.

2022 has been a very rough year. My husband broke his neck, was neglected in the hospital and treated abusively by a male nurse and in the ER, none of the needed devices were ready for his discharge and I had to leave him home sooner after surgery to run around and pick up a walker and commode, etc. If I wasn’t at the hospital he didn’t get fed. I changed his bedding, got him drinks, emptied the urine bottle, etc. No hospital personnel took care of those needs. I felt overwhelmed for 2 months after he came home.
I deal with 2 family members with mental health issues. Luckily we have 2 certified therapy dogs I take out on visits who help me as much as they bring smiles and joy to others.
My only request for 2023 is some peace in my life.
    Happy Holidays.

They like many others started out with COVID stopping the time of life to explore and figure out starting off. All I want as any parent is for them to be happy and healthy. Doing my best to support them in what they choose to be! I’ve said this before and I’m grateful for your questions that make me think about the true things in life!! The biggest thing that I want out of 2023 is some peace. For me and my family, my work and the world. Everything seems to be going crazy 24/7 ever since COVID started and our worlds have never stopped spinning. My family went into 2022 homeless but eventually we found a home that we love. My work in pediatrics has never been more fulfilling or busy but I would love to see it calm down because all the old and new respiratory illnesses have run their course. This world today, what can I say? There’s good and bad in everything but insanity seems to be the mainstay lately. I would like everyone to stop and take a breath, look around them to see that there are others who are in just as much need as they are and show the patience and compassion that we all need every day. A little hope wouldn’t be so bad either. So that’s the biggest thing I want, peace on Earth and good will to all.

My ‘big want’ is to get my fitness level back up to where it was a year before I packed up and moved from a small dark appointment to my current home (nice little house in the sun). I feel like I aged a decade getting ready for the move and then getting settled into the new home. I want to make smart, mindful decisions about food and activity so that I feel good physically, and I stop beating myself up for ‘letting myself go.’
I am also on the hunt for an unattached guy who can dance — ballroom, latin, and/or swing — I am an excellent social dancer and I need someone to dance with. Good exercise for body and brain, and it’s fun!
Once more desire for 2023 is to leave the Northern Hemisphere for the first time – my plan is a 10 day visit to Italy with some dancing friends.

My want for 2023 – for my best friend to get her life back on track without the added drama from outside sources. For my home business to pick up – that the contract I’m hoping for actually comes through and my husband and I won’t have to struggle to pay our bills, and have some freedom to spend time together.

For 2023, I hope to be out in the world again, with a new (mammoth capture) digital camera. Probably up the West Coast from LA to Canada, visiting gardens and waterfalls. Or maybe the East Coast from the azaleas of Mobile to the cherry blossoms of Brooklyn Botanical Gardens (have seen the Tidal Basin cherry bloom a few times)-depending on the project at Walter Reed National Military MedCen. I’d REALLY like to be planning on the bluebells in Belgium, the Keukenhof of course, the wisteria in Germany, then flower borders in England, but overseas will likely have to wait till later. Oh, and home stuff like termite tenting, getting another storage shed, building a wall of bookshelves, fixing the leaks that appear in our flat roof (since it “never” rains in California – hah!)

Hi Julie – Thanks again for all you do for your reader community.
2023 – I want the usual health & happiness for me and my extended family, but my biggest want is two-fold: to figure out how I am going to make ends meet when my retirement fund (which I draw from every month to supplement my Social Security/Disability income) is depleted next summer AND whether I will be kicked out of my “affordable housing” apartment for earning too much in 2022 and not being able to meet the minimum income in 2023. Ain’t that a trip!?!

My big “want” out of 2023 is for my kids to realize that their choices are negatively affecting them and those around them. I want them to realize their potential. I want them to take responsibility for their actions. I want them to be happy. Sigh, big wants but I will never stop trying.

Side note, this book was the very first book of yours I read and was immediately hooked.

I’ve been fighting almost 5 years, two rounds with an administrative law judge and instead of making a decision in November, he sends me a notice with a supplementary hearing in February 2023. It’s been a hard year. I’m hoping for good news next year. Well, I guess my biggest WANT is to be healed. I don’t want to need disability benefits. I want to be able to move without pain, work a job, save for retirement, take my son on vacation or even just go for a walk with him. Thank you so much for all your generous and wonderful giveaways! I want to be a little bit selfish in 2023 and put some of my self-care needs first for a change. My husband has been so ill in 2022 that literally my every waking moment this year has been focused on caring for him, getting him to and from medical appointments, staying with him in the hospital, working myself to the edge of a stress-filled panic attack at work, and trying to make ends meet financially with all of our medical expenses and basic survival. That’s what I want in 2023 – to not just survive but to LIVE.

I have so many wants for next year, seriously, the list just keeps growing. I have big goals for my business, I started a book and I want to finish it, prioritizing my health and self care over the demands of others, but that just a continuation of this year where my goal was to stop giving a fuck about other peoples opinions so I just want to keep that going. My biggest one by far though is to finally become a mom/get pregnant. This is the one that’s the hardest because it’s the thing I have the least control over, but we’ve been trying for 3 years and each year gets a little harder then the last when I make it to Christmas and I still haven’t been able to become a mom. But since this year was my no fucks given year, my health has never been better and my stress has never been lower so send all the good vibes and prayers, cause I’m ready to be a mom, whether it means I get pregnant or if it means we get approved for adoption.

My big ask for this coming year, is a daunting one, one I have failed at since i got sick. I need to find a way to get my ass in gear on letting go of the things holding me back and embracing the life that I have yet to finish living now. I need to work on my physical and mental health so that I can maintain a good quality of life, and find a way to bring in some extra money so I can pay down my debts. Working on starting an online business. Just a lot of ducks to put in a row right now and it feels as though there so little time to do it before it gets even harder.

Thanks for the chance! Love their story. Happy holidays! 🎄

My other to get resolution of her chronic pain and be able to be like other 16 year olds… and me to feel like I can take the leap to get out of my situation and heal from what my life has become

We have saved up for this and we’re almost to our goal!! I need the ability to use the garage for its intended purposes, to store and access toys for my grandsons, and have space for a small workshop. It will be a bit pricy, but I’m a bargain shopper. Champaign taste on a beer budget!! Lol

My biggest want of 2023 is that my new treatment I fought to get on for years continues to keep me able to function on a “normal” basis day to day.

I want to obvious – health and wellness for my family! Also… we are trying to find the right fit for my son for high school. We are considering all of our options and have applied to four of the schools we toured. My want for 2023 is to make the right choice for my son’s next 4 years in high school.

We have been waiting for the housing market to come down so we can buy our dream house in our dream town near the coast. As long as that happens in 2023, I won’t ask for a single other thing!

The biggest thing I want in 2023 is to spend time with my Dad! We never seem to make time for each other and it is my goal to reconnect with him and just have time with him!

I have 2 big wants for 2023. Number one is to get the energy to get my home decluttered and in order. The next is to have a stress free trip to Europe with my son. I worry that there have been so many changes due to the pandemic that it won’t be as easy as it has been in the past.

THE DANGER IN THE DAMAGE

A soldier searching for redemption.
A man addicted to control.
And the woman caught between them…

Ean Shephard knows trouble when he sees it and Olive Creed is the kind of trouble that can burn his whole world down. As Collin Creed’s baby sister, she’s completely off-limits. But her quiet strength, combined with her sad vulnerability, keeps pulling him closer. Shep came to Edge Security to escape his past, but falling for Olive could ruin his second chance and the fragile peace he’s fought so hard to find.

Brose Sinclair has always played the long game. He and Olive are more than just partners inside the shadow organization they both work for, they’re lovers. His absolute authority keeps her on track and Olive likes it that way. But her sudden attraction to their target threatens everything they’ve worked for and for the first time, Brose finds himself questioning whether control is enough to keep Olive by his side.

Olive Creed has spent her life learning to play her role perfectly. She can’t afford to mess up. Not with Brose watching her every move, looking for mistakes. Mistakes she sometimes makes on purpose just to spur on his titillating punishment. But as she starts to fall for her target and her world begins to crumble beneath her feet, Olive finds herself wondering—which one of these two men would truly be there in her darkest hour?

Brose—the one who owns her mind?

Or Shep—the one who wants her heart?

The Danger in the Damaged is a battlefield of betrayal and control, where loyalty is a weapon and obsession takes no prisoners. It’s a best-friend’s-little-sister romance caught in the crossfire of dark secrets and mind games—and this time, Collin Creed isn’t the one calling the shots.

Inside the pages you’ll find…

Enemies to Lovers
Best Friend’s Sister
