Welcome to my annual 12 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS!
If you’re new to this – here’s how it works:
1. Each day from December 1 through December 12 I will put up a new giveaway HERE on my website with instructions on how to enter, a detailed description of the prize, and some stuff about the book or series. Each giveaway is different and each has ONE WINNER. MY GIVEAWAYS ARE ALWAYS OPEN INTERNATIONAL
2. Each giveaway runs UNTIL DECEMBER 13.
3. Winners are CHOSEN and NOTIFIED on December 14. I will be notifying winners USING THE EMAIL USED TO COMMENT ON THIS BLOG – and all winners will BE LISTED AT THE TOP OF EACH GIVEAWAY POST HERE ON MY WEBSITE on December 14.
4. Winners have 24 hours to respond, then another winner will be chosen.
5. ALL PRIZES WILL BE MAILED ON DECEMBER 15. If I’m waiting on a winner to respond and they miss the December 15 mail date, that prize will be mailed when I get around to it. I live in the middle of nowhere so a trip to the post office is a “thing” for me. 🙂 So make sure you’re checking for winners on the 14th.
6. I will send newsletters announcing giveaways on December 1, December 6, December 12, and a Winner newsletter on December 14. I NEVER send this many newsletters in a month so sorry if that feels spammy.
7. You can also FOLLOW MY BLOG. I will also make a blog post HERE announcing ALL WINNERS on the 14th. If you want to follow this blog there will be a form at the bottom of each post to do that. Then you get an email when I POST HERE. I don’t do that often – December is the exception because of the 12 Days and my yearly “Wrap-up” post.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
THAT’S IT! I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY THIS!
The world is INSANE right now so I’m just trying to spread some cheer and give back to all of you who support me and enjoy the stories I create.

Love can ruin the best of men—even the God of Love himself.
Love.
When mutual, it’s Heaven on Earth.
When one-sided, it can tear you apart.
There is no greater weapon than the heartsick soul.
That is the power I wield, for I am the God of Love.
No one has power like me.
No one can poison a heart and pollute a mind the way I can.
That is why the gods kicked me out.
That is why they made me fall.
But now I’m back.
I’m going to ruin kings.
I’m going to destroy gods.
I’m going to crush the whole wicked world with the power of the broken heart.
Well, that was the plan.
And then, out of nowhere, there she was.
After two-thousand years, there she was.
The one who made me love her.
The one who stole my heart and then broke it.
She is how the gods ruined me.
And now it’s my turn to ruin her.
The Savage Rage of Fallen Gods is a story of a broken heart. It is a tale of regret, and promises, and how revenge can darken a god’s soul. It is a standalone book in a brand new series by New York Times bestselling author, JA Huss, writing as KC Cross.

Quiet supper on Christmas and than a potluck supper with family and friends. Each person will bring a food that us traditional to their culture.
Christmas Eve with my kiddos, sisters, nieces, nephews, and parents. Christmas Day with mother in law and sister in law.
I’m a manager at Bath and Body Works so this is our busy season and I will be spending a lot of time at work but when I’m not at work I want to focus on spending time with family. I always do a huge Christmas dinner and have many people over.
I’ll be working most of it but baking cookies and decorating the house for Christmas
I’m working so no plans
Bitter sweet Christmas celebration for us this year, quieter certainly as some of our kids & grandies are moving interstate next week. We will be around a dozen for the day which is filled with catch up news, great home cooked mostly traditional (British/Australian) fare, a few glasses of what relaxes you, a dip in the pool if the unusual weather pattern co-operates and afternoon naps.
Quiet reflection time of Christmases past and those we have lost.
My husband and I, along with our 8 year old son, just moved to Napa CA from PA, so we’re planning on visiting the East Coast for Christmas and New Year’s this year.
For Christmas I am spending it with my family cluster. Then we will celebrate with a dinner feast with my extended family.
I work in retail, so it is a VERY busy time of the year. Hubby and I have a very nice quiet cozy Christmas together.
We are having Christmas at our home and everyone my 3 children their kids and friends it’s soo much fun we play games and eat and open presents awesome giveaway thank you so much for the opportunity and your generosity.Merry Christmas to you and a wonderful blessed New Year
We will be having a quiet Christmas this year. My son’s wife will be recovering from shoulder surgery. The grandchildren have other plans and other members of the family live out of state. Maybe next year we will be gathering with more family to celebrate the holidays.
I plan on spending it with my cousins. If Thanksgiving is an indication of the fun I’ll have, I’m looking forward to it! Otherwise, I have scattered Christmas parties through the month. 💖
Enjoying time with my mom after rough year
I am the oldest daughter and it seems that we always celebrate Christmas at our house which I love very much. Each year we eat something different, we usually pick a theme and go with it. All the kids get presents but we do a white elephant present for the adults worth 50 dollars so you get a decent present. 😀
I am hoping to avoid the hustle and bustle of visiting so many family members, to be honest, I just want to do nothing for the Christmas holiday but relaxing at my boyfriends and enjoying the quiet.
In 2 weeks I am leaving for Florida to spend 3 weeks with my daughter and her family. I love the pleasure of watching sunrises and it’s my favorite way to start the day. We bake up to Christmas Eve. Where her and her hubby cook. I am on dishes. Lol. Then on Christmas we go over her hubby’s sisters house where it’s crazy and fun. I miss living in Florida permanently but I do love catching up with friends, in person. Merry Christmas to everyone. Also, Thank you Julie for a chance at one of your amazing gifts.
Not going anywhere yet, but planning on surprising my four teenage boys (and one of their girlfriends) with a trip to Mexico.
Kids and grandkids at our house on Christmas Eve and then they do their own little family things on Christmas morning. It’s a tradition and quite lovely.
Quiet no frills/minimalistic Christmas
Having spine surgery
In Dec, we visit family out of town, then on Christmas Eve we gather at my Mom’s for an open house evening for friends and neighbours.. on Christmas the whole family gathers at my Sisters (we live next door to each other) for dinner, my sister and I share the cooking and the boys cleanup. Merry Christmas to you and your family
We are staying home. It’s just the hubs and I and our 4 kids. We use to go to Santa’s village but was shut down during the pandemic and never reopened which really sucks because that was a huge tradition for us. So now maybe we will find a new tradition this year.
I’ll just be spending time with my husband and three kids.
We’re hosting Christmas Eve for my in-laws. It’s always a great night getting to see my kids spend time with their cousins. Then Christmas is a day we just stay home and enjoy things as a family/the kids get to play with all their new toys. The following Saturday we’ll make the drive to my mom’s so spend time with my side of the family. That means my kids have THREE days worth of gifts/gift giving. It’s a busy but wonderful week.
This year I am expecting my 9th child so I will start my maternity leave ..and enjoy the holidays with my husband and crew of kids!!!
I will be spending Christmas with my little family. Working as a mail carrier it’s a much needed break. Listening to your audio books helps get me through! ❤
Every year we celebrate with extended family, and friends needing a place to go, on Christmas Eve at my in-laws. We do a version of the white elephant gift exchange and prizes for stupid things we did this year. Christmas Day is different every year. This year my sister (a nurse) is actually off and will be home. So, homemade meals and games are likely.
Spending the holiday with new grand baby who lives out of town.
Probably order indian take out with my boyfriend and unpacking gifts on videochat with my family. And like every year sinds i was little….watching the polar express!!
trying to stay calm and truly enjoy my family!
My plans are to spend time with my family and make lots of candy and cookies with the kiddos.
Merry Christmas, Julie! I’m actually headed your way right after the giveaways end, for my son’s college graduation. Then we’ll be spending the holiday with my sister’s family in Littleton!
Spending time with family and watching a lot of holiday movies
Having mom over for Christmas dinner, otherwise we just hang at the house all day
Holiday plans: spending Xmas with my father( who who’s first Xmas since my mom recently passed),here in Texas and my hubby and 2 children. My oldest will be home from college we plan on candy making and movies, along with our 1 game night tradition on Xmas Eve.xoxo
This is the first year without my mom, she and my dad would always come stay with us the week of Christmas and he doesn’t want to travel by himself so this year will be very different. We plan to stay home for Christmas but travel to dad and the rest of our family for New Years.
We have some fun outings planned then celebrating at the in laws home.
On December 17th we will all get together and celebrate Christmas. That way on the actual dat my daughter’s can all go to their in laws. We will have a pizza party and open gifts.
No special plans this year just spending it with family and my kids. We are looking forward to our city’s annual tree lighting this weekend. Thank you for this giveaway!
Oh yay!!! A return to Savage Falls!! Love the cover. Lovely prize as well!
I’ll be traveling to GA to spend the holidays with my daughters and grandkids 🙂
Thanks for the chance!
Merry Christmas! 🎄
Maybe a restaurant, and that’s it. Family time <3
Since my kids started playing hockey, there is a lot of that on the calendar. Otherwise no big plans.
Right now I’m planning on spending the Holiday with my daughter and granddaughter. We are cooking dinner which will be different this year. We are planning a seafood dinner, haven’t got the menu yet but that’s the plan
I just lost my mother and have spent the last month going through all her belongings and god the memories but this weekend I’m packing my pieces up and heading home to find new places so I’ll see them every day
So sorry to hear this Yvette. Hearts and hugs. You’re the second person who lost their mother in these comments. 🙁 <3
Thank you very much
Since we just got back for spending Thanksgiving with our daughter’s family, I will have a quiet Christmas in Florida with my husband.
Going to finish up Christmas shopping and try to figure out where to put up the tree. My first year with a toddler so it’s definitely going to be a challenge.
My December plans have already started. Besides decorating the inside and outside of the houseb(the typical Christmas theme) I’ve started to clean out my basement. It doesn’t sound like anything huge, but I’ve been married for almost 26yrs and we’ve acquired and inherited a LOT of things over those years. After all these years together, we are finally at a place in our lives that we can afford to renovate portions of our home at a time. It’s not that we’re broke, we pay our bills and help our family members when they need it, so money has always been tight. This new year brings the opportunity to do something for us. I know this is a small thing in life considering the larger issues in the world, but I can’t change the world on my own. So this year, I’m going to work on making my home, more of a space for my grandkids to play in the winter and for us to have storage. Sometimes it’s the smaller things in life that get you through the day.
Merry Christmas
Celebrate my hubby’s birthday on the 2nd spend Christmas day with my mom and a Christmas party for work packed busy Dec for our family!
Merry Christmas!! I haven’t started my shopping yet. I’m having to budget everything out first. I hate adulting. I hope you have a very merry Christmas
Big family gathering in the afternoon at my house. Decided to do an Italian dining experience.
Just like every year it’s all about the family time, putting the decorations up and celebrating my sisters birthday.
Try to spend as much time inside as possible. Lol
This year my grandson is closer to 2 so he will be excited with our family celebrations, I can’t wait to enjoy his Christmas. Family is everything.
Can’t wait for the new book!! Thank You! Plans for December…Vegas trip. Yay!!! Vegas decorated for Christmas ? LOL! Should be interesting.
Happy December! I don’t have many plans, on Christmas Eve I’ll have dinner with my immediate family and we’ll probably binge some tv shows or movies. It will be pretty low key. I do want to take a ride to see the holiday lights displayed soon.
Thanks so much for the amazing chance! Happy holidays!
I’m planning on taking all my Grandkids (7 of them) to Santa’s Wonderland . I plan on spending time with family and enjoying good food. And in the meantime I’m going to work, and work some more!
My mom passed suddenly this year so Christmas is going to be rough. Just trying to make it through the season right now.
So sorry to hear this Jami. Hearts and hugs. <3
My December is super busy this year. I generally do book it with tons of stuff as it is a really tough month otherwise. This weekend is finishing decorating…I have decorations in every room of my house. I have around 100 Santa clauses and 7 trees. I change jobs on 12/8 and the next weekend is 2 plays and 2 parties and lessons and carols at church. Then I have another party the following weekend. Then my bff’s birthday is 12/23 so going to holiday in the park at six flags. Then church on Christmas eve and lots of family on Christmas day.
The only set December holiday plans I ever have are for Christmas Eve. My family has always gotten together and opened gifts that evening. My parents started that tradition, and even though they’re gone now, we continue it. My adult son knows that no matter where he is or what he’s doing in life, Christmas Eve is mine. It’s the same promise I made to my mom, and I never once let her down. I don’t suspect he’ll let me down either, mainly because he’s the best son in the world! And yes, I am completely biased. ❤️
Taking a trip to see the Creation Museum and Noah’s Arc
December plans include watching my Georgia Bulldogs win another SEC championship Saturday after visiting the National Cemetery (it would have been my Nannies birthday!)
Next week I’ll have a Christmas treats baking day with my momma, followed by Friendsgiving at my home, and on Christmas Eve, I’ll make a non traditional feast for my little family of 6, followed by games of Mexican train and Wizard where we all try to annihilate each other, lol! Christmas Day is pretty quiet for us… and so is New Year’s Eve… I’ve officially reached the age where Jammie’s and my couch sound better than going out!
Christmas Eve with my side of the family. Christmas morning home. Christmas night with my husband’s side of the family. My daughter and her husband get his daughter the week before so I look forward to being silly with my bonus grand daughter 🎄
I love to spend my holidays with music, movies, books, family, and friends!
I plan to stock up on audible credits, and listen away. I drive about 2500 miles a week, which gives me lots of listening time. My favorite time of day. JA Huss keeps me going.
Spending time with family, especially my two grandsons (1ur and 5 yrs).
Spending time with family and friends. We already have snow so I hope that doesn’t mess with our plans.
A lot of baking and a lot of reading!!❤️❤️❤️
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! For Christmas this year we are staying as “typical traditional Christmas” as we can at the request of my 13 year old son.. Since my son is the typical moody teenage boy that he is, I jumped on the idea that he actually wanted to participate in something so cheesy as decorate for Christmas and for the first time ever I have inflatables in my yard (with another one on the way). It looks like “Christmas threw up” in my house and I could not be happier!!! We will do our traditional “let’s make a new food we’ve never eaten” on Christmas Eve, have a Christmas morning breakfast/white elephant/poker with local family (all my son’s fathers side and no, we’re not together), then spend several days with my side of the family playing ping pong, board games, and eating WAY TOO MUCH Mexican food.
I head to my mom’s house in NY (from Ohio)! We always celebrate on Christmas eve with presents, good food and a lot of laughter! I’m hopeful for a white Christmas this year!
I will be going to my sons house for Christmas. Thanks for a chance
Our plans are to spend Christmas Eve at my moms house, where we will open presents and maybe play some games while we eat way too much. Then on Christmas Day we go to the movie theater and watch a movie together, and we usually get some more family or friends to come along.
We are having family over to our home. We are barbecuing the ‘non traditional’ beef tenderloin this Christmas! Of course, we will be having all the extras as well. It’s a fun day, but a very long & tiring one! Seeing family at Christmas is so special, it allows you to enjoy all those who are special in your life.
This year my oldest is away at college. She will finally be home for a month.
We will decorate, make cookies, visit, eat and drink.
We are excited to have to home.
Merry Xmas everyone!
I will be spending the holidays with my kids and grandkids. We love to play board games and watch movies
It’s a very quiet Christmas this year, we are planning on having a homemade meal and spend time together as a family.
My co-worker quit and we can’t find another employee. I’m working double shifts, so my wishes would be time off of work. I crave time with my family. Thank you!
Plan to spend as much time with my kids. Now that they’re getting older, they’re busy.
I get two weeks off work around the holidays. We go to my Uncle’s and sister in laws on Christmas Eve. On Christmas day we go to my brothers and husbands grandma’s house
I’m spending the holiday at home, on the shore, with my son and husband. It couldn’t be better, I’m with my two favorite people.
Just the usual stuff meeting up with the kids and grandkids exchange gifts but other than that nothing
I will spend the holidays with my family. Husband, daughter, son-in-law and 3 wonderful grandchildren.
We gather for a family Christmas dinner at my wife-in-law’s house. We’ve done this ever since my husband and I moved back to Chattanooga to be near the grandkids. It’s so much easier for the kids, especially now that they all have extended families of their own to see before our dinner. I love my husband’s ex like a sister. ❤️
Going to the Bahamas!
Our plans are for my sister and nephew (who is growing like a weed) to come up on at least one of the weekends, hopefully more, and simply spend family time together. We frequently end up reading on different devices in the same room, but as long as we’re doing it within a ten foot radius, I’ll feel we achieved something! (And thank you for this opportunity…) 🥰
When I bought my house my grandma told me “great now you own Christmas Eve” and passed away between then and the end of the year so she wasn’t there but for the past 9 years and probably forever I will host our big family Christmas Eve bringing together my moms whole family ❤️ we have 5 trees up so far and my son’s favorite part came yesterday hanging the mistletoe.. I love sharing it with my 3 kids and our big family thanks to grandma’s wishes
My December plans include stalking this blog for 12 days of giveaways, celebrating ME on my birthday, and lots and lots of family time. It’s my favorite time of year because we do get to see so much family and spend more time with them then normal. ❤️
December holiday plans will be spending time with the family and watching Christmas movies ( home alone and die hard – best I get with a house full of boys 🤷♀️ but I’ll take it ! )
I’m starting my December with an intervention. Heading to Arkansas to rescue my bestie from an abusive relationship. She will spend the month (for now, just December) with me and my husband. We’ll create all kinds of gifts for our families, work on actual contracted jobs, check out Christmas decorations at the malls, and the night time light shows. Since money is tight for both of us, everything will be low key. But getting to spend valuable quality time together is something we’ve both needed.
We will spend Christmas with our Florida kids and grandkids. Will miss our Montana family this year
I work for a non profit and we are getting ready to suprise kids with presents.
I will be spending it with family and enjoying the snow by skiing with my daughter. It should be more than relaxing… at least I hope so!!
Hi. Were just spending time at home with our 3 teenagers if I can pin them all down. Happy holidays 😊 🎄🎅🎄🎄
I’m heading home to Phoenix this Saturday to spend a week with my parents, which is when we will celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with a ton of Mexican food! There is ZERO good Mexican food in Kentucky, where I live now. I’ll be celebrating Christmas Day with my daughters and granddaughter in KY. I started a new career this year and I’m excited to get 2023 started! I hope it brings many good things to us all!
The new book cover is amazing – it’s so romantic! ♥️
I usually, make Christmas dinner. As a gift, I take it to my best friends house but she’s in the hospital right now. They usually receive a bombardment of fudges(my new fudge is Carmel Mochachino it has Espresso powder in it), cookies, peanut butter popcorn, cheese cake and chocolate covered fruits. I love to make the sweets. I haven’t read the Tattoo guys books. I think there are several of your newest books. I’ve been watching a lot of Netflix and Amazon shows and I’ve been trying to finish this series by Morgan Rice, The Sorcerers Ring. I’m on book 15 of 17 books.
Leaving Friday, Dec 2 to go to Arkansas for an intervention, to rescue my bestie from an abusive relationship. Bringing her to Texas for the month of December… maybe longer. Spending much needed quality time together creating hand made gifts, shopping, looking at holiday decorations and lights. Our kids are all grown, so some adult time is also required.
Spending it with the hubby & kids. All our family live 2,000 miles away so it’s always just us. Thank you for the chance 🥰
I’m planning to just enjoy my family for this holiday. My son returns home from college on the 9th so we’ll all be together and this is my favorite time of year. I love the festivities.
My cousin is getting married on December 8th so we are flying from FL to NJ, but with my mom and grandmother getting older – Nonna is 90, we decided to extend our trip through Dec 28th. Lucky for my husband and I we can work from home. So spending time the year with friends i haven’t seen in ages and my family. It will be cold, but worth it to get quality time with family. Christmas Eve a tradition with my BFF at her house, Christmas Eve Mass with Nonna, then Christmas Day with my husband, Nonna, mom, sister, aunts, uncles, cousins and many kids – usually 30 + people. Hope you have an amazing holiday season!!
Just chilling with my family and watching Christmas movies
December is my anniversary month so I wanted to go somewhere different. We are going to Biloxi Mississippi to the Hard Rock hotel and see Grand Funk Railroad in concert. Yes, we’re old but not dead yet! Thank you Julie for making this year so much fun following your farm adventures as well as your books in what is still a weird time. ❤️
OH MY GOSH!!!! That cover is just so beautiful, I can’t wait!!! Both out kids’ birthdays are in December…holiday is expensive for us, ha! We leave in 19 days for southern Alabama. Gonna spend Christmas with my dad and Bama-momma this year…they’re 15 hours south of us by car. We’ve never been for Christmas before. So many things happening this month! I just can’t believe it’s December already! Thank you for the chance <3
No plans really, just putting up our decorations this weekend and celebrating our son’s birthday on Monday…how did my baby boy become a 24 year old in a blink of an eye?!?!
I’ll be spending my time with my daughters, son in laws and grand daughters. One of my daughters is taking me to Biltmore for a few days and then we’ll all get together for a dirty Santa party also a cookie party and then have dinner on Christmas Day, I’m so excited and naturally I’ll read
I work in pediatrics and with everyone catching everything under the sun this year, it’s been draining. Our main goal is to relax but we’re still having fun. Our favorite trips aren’t to the mall but to thrift shops and bookstores, we can literally spend hours in each and have always found something special on Christmas Eve. It’ll just be the three of us so we stay in on Christmas snuggled in jammies and robes watching our favorite Christmas movies. It’s very quiet but we like it and we’re always grateful to just be together.
Getting together with friends and family.
I’ll clean, decorate, cook and prep like a crazy lady for 3 of my 4 grown children, spouses/partners and grandkids to come home for a weeks stay. We’ll eat and drink too much, play lots of card and board games for bragging rights, and I will torture them with random videos of grade school Christmas programs they performed. I will do a lot of sleeping (and crying) after they all leave.
I’ll be spending Christmas holidays with family, relaxing, reading, enjoying good food. I need my batteries recharged. Before that I still have two little Christmas parties ahead, so some fun will be there! And here in Finland we have snow already! And Father Christmas comes from Finland and not the North Pole! Nobody lives there – not even the penguins, who also chose the South Pole! 😊☃️🎅
Spending time with my family. Making cookies with my momma and celebrating the birth of my great niece who is due to enter this world any day now. Spoiling my child and my husband with their Christmas gifts. Thank you for the chance!
Well… staying alive for one, got Drs appt this month, hopefully some good news and diagnosis so I can adjust accordingly… pay bills and keep doing me!! Lol
My parties start on Saturday. Then the whole month is a whirlwind of parties and will end with a cozy night in with our beasties on NYE.
Having Christmas Eve get at my house with friends and family, and Christmas day, opening gifts with my kids and there significant others and my new grandbaby Lucy♥️ she is ten months old and I can not wait to spoil her.
I plan to spend time with family. Cooking goodies with my grandkids that we share with neighbors and friends. Merry Christmas everyone.
My family came in for Thanksgiving; so it’ll just be my hubby and kids for x-mas. We’ll keep it low-key, probably enjoy the lights around town.
We were planning on finally visiting the kids and grandkids for Christmas. Our first visit since the start of Covid. There’s a saying, “we make plans and the God’s laugh at us.” I my case it’s true. Doctors found I need a heart operation and no flying across the pond to the States until I have surgery. And there are about 7M people on the waiting list for surgeries (truth) so we will put up our tiny tree and eat hi Ken and mince pies and be thankful.
I will be at the beach this Christmas, laying in the warm sun, listening to the waves and reading books by my favorite author, of course! Cannot wait!
Going to see For King and Country at Hersey PA. They are amazing. All done decorating, so now I get to enjoy all the Christmas decorations in New York. Merry Christmas to all and a Blessed New Year.
Busy month with the kiddies! Parades, train rides and preparing for Santa’s visit at the end of the month! Happy Holidays all!
I get to spend Christmas with my family. My son is coming down from Idaho who I haven’t seen since 11/2021.
We are spending it at home this year! We usually travel to my parents house or my in-laws house (both lived far away from us in the past). We just moved from VA to Kansas City & we actually have family that lives near us! So excited to spend some time with them too!
Merry Xmas
we are going out for Xmas day lunch with family and then back to my daughters for drinks after
Xx
I’m heading to visit my sister in Japan after being unable to visit her for a long time. Can’t wait!
Have fun! I have always wanted to go to Japan!
Celebrating with my sons, daughter and grand babies at my house.
For Christmas we have the whole family over, over eat, over drink, play games and if the weather is not extremely cold..have a bonfire and smores and maybe some sledding! Merry Christmas!
I plan to spend time with family. Christmas Eve dinner has been a family tradition my whole life and I look forward to it every year. Have a Merry Christmas!!
Mother and son day as hubby is working. Then a quiet supper with all of us.
Holidays are always filled with coffee/tea days and walks in the bush trails.
Have an amazing December 1 everyone. 😀😄
We’re having some work done at the house, something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, so I think this year the holiday may be on hold a bit. So I guess my plan is holiday chaos! Hahaha! I hope you and yours have a fantastic holiday Julie, thank you for always being so generous xo
I don’t have any concrete plans for the holidays so far, especially with so many of my children living in other states now. I do hope to visit with my children and grandchildren who still live close by and I have begun my Christmas shopping. I also hope to video chat with my sons who live out of state, my oldest son is in Oregon and I have two sons in Texas, one in the military, my son Derek just moved to Florida this past summer and my daughter, my eldest child lives in Staten Island, NY. Only two of my sons and their families live within an hour’s drive of me and I hope to stop by their homes with gifts on Christmas Day. I haven’t really done much for New Year’s Eve for the last several years and I imagine that I will probably fall asleep before the ball drops again this year. I want to wish you and yours a safe and Happy Holidays! Thanks so much for the giveaway!
I’m spending Christmas with my family. I have 4 grandkids so lots of Christmas activities, cookies, shopping, wrapping and fun🎄
My December plans pretty much are to be working. I do not have family anywhere near where I live, so I usually volunteer to work, so that some of my coworkers can actually spend time with their loved ones. I am also trying to get my own business started, so there’s that.
Wishing everyone a great holiday season!
Going ti Niagara Falls, Canada to see their Christmas market and lights with my hubby and boys! Little guy wants a pic with santa and my teenager and I are getting our pics with Krampus! Thank you for the chance and hope you have a wonderful holiday!
Decorating for Christmas and getting ready for grandkids to visit😊
I’m not up to much in December. I’m actually looking forward to the first day of winter so we can slowly begin to get our daylight hours back.
My sisters and niece are coming to visit & then we’re going to New Orleans for a week to meet up with our cousins & friends. One cousin I’ve never met before so it’ll be really nice to get to know her.
I plan to watch a Christmas movie or two and read a few Christmas books! We are also having an early Christmas Day on the 17th for my son and his wife as they are spending Christmas with his in laws in America. Then we do it all again on Christmas Day with my daughter, her partner, and my mam. Then we get to relax for the rest of the month!
Good morning! You have the best giveaways! Fingers crossed that I win one this year. My Christmas activities are quite simple, relaxing, and peaceful. Christmas eve, I have a couple friends over for some good food, cocktails then we watch a Christmas movie. Christmas day, Hubs and I lay around in our PJ’s watching TV and having a light dinner. The week after, I have my sisters up for dinner and we play canasta. Hope you and your family have a great holiday season and a wonderful New Year!!
Everything will be special this year as it is my granddaughters first Christmas!! Seeing her see the trees and decorations will be great.
I wish I could say – “My family and I are going away to a big cabin in the woods a week before Christmas and coming back in the New Year”…but I’m struggling to just trying to get my tree out of the garage! LOL! So I’m going to do what we have done for the last 10 years or so…have Christmas movie Sunday every Sunday (starting in November because the family keeps growing!) up until Christmas day where each person picks a Christmas movie on their Sunday and the whole family comes over, has dinner and we watch their movie ..and makes fun of it! 🙂 We started doing this when my oldest son went away to college as a way for the family to just spend some time together since we had been apart for so long…but now that they are all out of the house and living on their own with their own families they still insist on doing it! I love it! Happy Holidays everyone!
My December holiday plans will be reading, watching the holiday tv specials and movies, doing a bit of decorating and baking, getting a few gifts ready to mail, cooking, cleaning, shopping…the usual stuff…and trying not to get frazzled while keeping my “holiday spirit” alive and smiling!
We may be going up to Estes Park for a week in December 🙂
My entire family has a cookie contest party this year it will be on the 11th. And I host it.I did not realized how competitive both sides of our family are. until I started this party. This will be the 10th year. We also have Christmas Eve with my family and then Christmas day with just my husband, son, and I.
This year because of busy schedules, we are getting together with husband’s family on Dec. 23rd, and then my family on the 24th. I will cook our Christmas dinner on the 25th…and I am off work on the 26th!!!
My plans are simple this year. I have a monthly dinner with friends. Usually we meet at a restaurant but for the holidays we go to one of our homes for dinner and a gift exchange. Christmas day I go to my daughter’s and we cook together and binge on Christmas movies.
My son Josh who lives in Virginia, will be in LA for work from 12/21 to 1/3 so we’ll be making the drive over to CA to visit with him for Christmas! I’m so excited, I haven’t seen him since August.
Getting together with family on Christmas Eve. I have to work Christmas Day. The hospital doesn’t close on holidays!
Spending time with family!
Christmas plans. Well mine are going to be very low key with just my son and I. Wish I had more plans but unfortunately ats just not in the cards.
December holiday plans are chill. No travel, no drama, just a normal routine.
Love this time of year of free giveaways
Tia the season
Love to cover reveal too
We have 3 birthdays this month and one is mine, than Christmas of couse, so a very busy December.
Christmas Eve my husband and my family both come to my house for dinner. We open presents then when everyone leaves we watch a Christmas movie. Christmas Day is just my hubby and kids.
Merry Christmas 🎄
Spending time with the in-laws and celebrating life! I ended up sick from medications damaging my liver.
Holidays are going to be spent with family, baking cookies with the kids, and some time with my sewing machine.
My brother and his family are coming in a week and a half or so for an early Christmas visit. Then my family, including five of my kids, my husband, two brothers, my mom and dad, will celebrate again on Christmas Day. My dad has been very I’ll with Sepsis recurrences these last six months or so. So we’re going to make the best of it. Sadly, this will be my second without my oldest son who lives almost 5,000 miles away. And our fifth without my oldest brother who died due to suicide. Like I said, we’ll make the best of it.
On another, I have been really excited for your twelve days. You’re so generous and this is something so fun!
Spending Christmas with my family then leaving Dec 27th to fulfill a dream of celebrating New Years in Sydney Australia!
Spending time with family and hopefully finish unpacking all the boxes from when we moved.
I’m such a procrastinator I’m still not even sure what our holiday plans are 😱 but I know we will spend lots of time with family, play lots of board games, and open presents Christmas morning.
Christmas family plans are dinner and gifts at my sissy’s on Christmas, and then we are ALL HEADING TO DISNEYWORLD!!!!!! I love Minnie Mouse!!!!!
Both my kids will be home from college so my holiday plans will be spending every minute I possibly can with them before they both go back to their different colleges.
My plans are to spend time with my in-laws.
Mother in law visiting the weekend before Christmas so we will have it early with my adult sons and a girlfriend. Makes for Christmas Day to be very low key!
My niece is coming in from Texas so we will celebrate early with her and my family and then we always go to my in-laws on Christmas day. We open presents and then help get ready for the extended family to come over in the afternoon.
We had an offer accepted on a house yesterday so it looks like I will be packing and cleaning this December. I told the kids our Christmas trip to Kalahari is postponed for now and they are fine with it. We are super excited for our next family chapter. ❤️
Spending time with family. My son and family moved back from Kentucky and my daughter will be home from college.
My holiday plans are to go to my mom’s Christmas afternoon after celebrating Christmas morning opening presents with my daughter.
I plan to spend time with family playing board games and video games and just enjoying the company of my family.
We’re going to my in-laws on Christmas Eve. We haven’t done this for years so I’m looking forward to it. My son in law works on Christmas Day so we won’t see them until Christmas night.
Things are finally returning to normal. There are multiple business holiday functions to attend as well as family. It’s nice to celebrate the holidays with groups of people again. To top of all of the local festivities we are driving to Austin too spend Christmas with my son. His first Christmas in Texas.
Having Christmas Eve with my family and then Christmas day next door with my mom and sister and families! Your new series sounds great and I love the cover! I am looking forward to reading it! Have a magical holiday season!
Hello! My plans for December are low key. During my 2 week winter break, I’ll get to hang out with my parents for a week and then go visit my in-laws for a few days in San Diego. Hope you have a safe holiday!
I plan on a quiet holiday with my husband and kids. And of course my books! Merry Christmas to you!
Quiet Christmas. Usually just the hubs and myself. I do go to the Cheese Store and send my boys lots of cheese It’s Wi land of cheese. They both live in other states.
I’m in.
Hanging out with family!
The holidays are pretty low key for us. Christmas Eve dinner/gift exchange with my husband’s siblings & their adult children. Christmas dinner at our home for my older adult daughter & maybe her bf as well as my parents. My youngest daughter lives in SC, will have a video chat with her. My husband’s parents & son live in FL, ditto on video chats with them. The weeks leading up to Christmas are filled with crafting & baking & endless cheesy holiday movies.
I’m going to spend a lot of time with family during the holidays! My mom’s whole extended family always gets together the 2nd Saturday and it’s usually the only time I see some of them all year. So that’s always a good time! Immediate family gets together Christmas Eve. Love spending with my family.
We’re flying to Virginia Beach to spend Christmas with our son, daughter in law, and almost 2 year old granddaughter 😊
Hi – Thank you for this giveaway. My December plans are spending time with my family, relaxing, watching Christmas movies, and eating good food and just enjoying myself as much as I can. 😊
Curl up all cozy with a few of my favourite books and hopefully get some new ones over Christmas break to keep me on my toes
My husband’s entire family is coming for the holidays and we just got a puppy so we’ll have Christmas Eve dinner at my house! It’s gonna be a full house this year.
I’m planning on spending lots of time with my grandkids doing Christmas activities – baking, crafts, pageants, etc.
Unfortunately, my families holiday season started on a sad note. My husband lost his grandmother just before Thanksgiving and her 97th birthday and he had to travel to MN.
However, our family will celebrate several birthdays before we get together to celebrate the birth of Christ.
My father-in-law passed away, recently. So my mother-in-law wanted to do something different than the usual Christmas get-together. We are all going out of town, renting a house in Morro bay.
Staying home this year!!
It’s just me and my person so we’ll be chillin’ like a villain. We’ll make something fun and yummy to eat and if the weather is nice we’ll go to the beach or forest. 🥰
Happy December!!! Christmas is my favorite time of the year. Absolutely love spending the holidays with my husband and kids. This year is no different. I plan on spending every minute I can with them. This year I have a new granddaughter, Mira( blonde German shepherd puppy) and my youngest just started dating a guy name Seth that we get to meet. There will be lots of cooking, baking, laughs, and Christmas movies and songs.
Thank you for this fabulous chance!!!
Hey Julie!!! My plans are just day by day this year. My dad passed away Dec 9th last year and last Christmas was the 1st without him, but this year it has been a whole year without him …. I’m just day by day this year so far! Got to get it together for my grandbabys though!!!! Anyway thank you Julie your books help me through the days!!!!!
Spending the day with family, baking and playing games. My son and I both have birthdays in December as well, so it’s a fun and very busy month. Thanks for the giveaway and for writing such great books!
I’ll be having a big family get together christmas eve to celebrate my son’s birthday, then preparing for very little sleep as my 11 year old autistic daughter waits for Santa. It’s not about presents for us, it’s about having a nice meal with loved ones and relaxing 😌
My December plans will be celebrating the birthdays of 2 of my children (December 9th and 23rd) and my 21st wedding anniversary (December 21st) with a nice dinner and seeing Trans Siberian Orchestra, decorating, and making cookies… then we basically hibernate until school resumes in January
No big plans for us this year. Going back to work shortly after being off most of the year with breast cancer. Just having a quiet Christmas this year…
Trying to relax and enjoy each day while decorating and making cookies
We will be spending Christmas at home. I love Christmas Day because we spend it with family. 🎄❤
Our plans are always the same family tradition of a dinner of homemade lasagna on Christmas Eve, then we all attend Midnight Mass. We have a big breakfast, exchange gifts. One of us sisters host a Christmas dinner. Everyone brings a dish because everyone has a specialty, we all love and praise. It’s all about being together.
We enjoy getting names from the Angel tree and purchasing toys and clothes for the little angels to help them have a Merry Christmas. On Christmas day we are having friends and family over for Christmas dinner.
Baking cookies and spending time with family…also snuggling under the covers with my favorite kitty snuggle buddy.
The holidays this year are all about true quality time with our immediate family. My Mama & in laws have all been experiencing health issues & it’s a real slap of reality when you’re reminded how finite our time together is. I’m grateful they are all nearby. Take care & have a wonderful holiday on your beautiful little ranch!
My holiday plans have been the same for many years. On Christmas Eve, I gather all my children and grandchildren at my house for a holiday dinner, then followed by opening presents and of course desserts.
Reading as much as possible 🙂
December 17 we will do a family Christmas which we haven’t done in several years (even before Covid f’d up everyone’s plans. I am single so I will spend Christmas Eve with my brother and his family and Christmas morning my niece and her husband have an awesome brunch. I then collapse for a few hours before I pack up the pup (16 yrs young) and go skiing with my nephew and his family! Insanity but I love every moment.
We just moved into our “Forever” home and Holiday decorations have begun. I plan to spend most of December decorating, baking cookies with the my granddaughter and go through my 3rd run of the entire “Company” Books. There is so much I feel like I missed the first and second time around. We don’t get white Christmas’ in California but I will try to have my fireplace on as much as posible and snuggle up with a hot toddy and a book 😉
Nothing special 😬
Thank you for your generosity ☺️🙂
Leaving warm, sunny fla in a week to return to chilly NY. Decorate the house for the holidays, finish Christmas shopping. I will host Christmas Day and then return to warm, sunny Florida on 12/29. Thank you for doing this and being awesome!
This year I’ll be spending Christmas at my house with my family. We will make dinner and have cocktails! Merry Christmas Beautiful!
I have no family near by so spending it with other friends who have no family near by. Good food and plenty of wine.
Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄 I will be working for the most part. But will spend Christmas with my blended family. I traditionally make a big breakfast every year and then watch football. Go Dolphins.
Ahh I’m so excited! I love your holiday giveaways!!! ❤️
Thus year we’ll be at home playing games, watching movies, and stuffing our faces with all the goodies. Kids love just hanging out. So that’s what we’ll do.
The dr’s found a tumor and a mass in and around my parotid gland, so I’m doing a lot of medical testing this month, yuck 😀 But in between that, I will be decorating, making candy and just spending tons of time with my kids and grandkids. <3
My Daughter and her fiancé come home for Christmas, and we just hang out and eat alot of pizza and enjoy the short time she is home
I am heading to Campbell River Vancouver Island Canada 🇨🇦 to help my mom recover from her knee replacement surgery (and enjoy her ocean view).
thanks again for this opportunity Julie
Carrie-Lee
I’ll be job hunting this season since my company decided to surplus a bunch of us the week before Thanksgiving. Our Christmas maybe leaner but I’ll be happy to be with the family. Christmas morning the kiddos (all grown lol) come over and we open gifts. This year our youngest will have to be there via FaceTime. She moved to Virginia & won’t be able to make it home. I get it but still makes me a little sad. Then we’ll go to my Mom & Dad’s for the Christmas meal & festivities.
Finally spending the holidays with all my family!!!!! Covid kept everyone away for the last two years. Video chat made it bareable but it also felt so lonely. Ty! For the chance at this awesome prize!!! Happy holidays to you and yours!💕💋
Christmas Eve my husband and our 4 kids celebrate with a nice dinner with my parents and then Christmas Day we have both sets parents over and friends for a nice all day thing and Italian dinner and presents and cookies and lots of fun games! We love being the hosts for Christmas holidays!!
Thanks so much for the chance!! I’m going up to my mom’s in Iowa this year! Merry Christmas, Julie!!❤️
Love Christmas. It’s my favorite time of the year. It’s a quiet Christmas at home with the family and pups. Food, laughter and movies.
I am spending the holidays with my husband and our daughter. And hopefully my dad that we haven’t seen in three years. Thank you for doing these giveaways!! I look forward to them every year!!
We aren’t doing anything in December except trying to survive. We haven’t been able to celebrate a Christmas over 5 years with our kids it breaks my heart every Christmas they have woken up to nothing it sucks so badly. My husband finally found a job after 3 years of searching and never getting a call back he finally got a call for seasonal work that hopefully turns into full time. He’s hopefully the kids might have a Christmas this year but I’m not. So that’s our plans working the entire month and stressing about trying to get ahead and make ends meet. Sorry it’s not so cheerful as others just keeping it real. 🙁 But I feel next year we will finally be on top and things will work out!
Spending Christmas Eve with my children and grandchildren. Christmas Day will be quiet with just the two of us.
I don’t have any plans this holiday except visiting my boyfriends’ mothers home for a small feast
Having a quiet Christmas. My daughter is coming and so excited haven’t seen her for a year. Thank you for doing these giveaways. I love your books
I’m spending Christmas Eve with all my kids and grandkids at my daughters house this year. Thank you for your 12 days of give a ways.
All of my family still lives close so thankfully no one has to travel this time of year. My parents come over for Christmas breakfast with me and my daughter then it’s a big dinner at their house that night with my brother and his kids.
Nothing fancy, just dinner with family and friends.
Flying to my hometown to visit the fam. FINALLY, after more than two years! 🙂
Time spent with friends. Love the new cover!
We listen to Christmas music while decorating the tree and house and watch Christmas movies throughout the month, but save our favorites for Christmas day. My daughter and her husband have Christmas at their home for our family and friends who would be alone during the holidays, due to many things, like not married, no children, loss of a spouse, or parent, and of course because they love them. She’s a wonderful cook, and I bring the sweet potato casserole (from your blog 😉), and dessert which she chooses (Thanksgiving it was a Classic Cheesecake with strawberries and sauce) She usually wants Cherry Pie for Christmas, I love Pumpkin Pie with a ton of whipped cream.😋 We watch Christmas movies and those who live about an hour or more away spend the night and have a lovely brunch the next day. Merry Christmas to you and your family Julie.💜
We go to my mom’s Christmas morning for brunch
On Christmas day my husband, daughter, son and me will have steaks and crab legs for dinner! Thank you
Nothing special, just being thankful for the family still here, and missing the ones that left too soon. Surviving the holidays and trying to keep it together.
My plans for December are to work and hang out with the family. We’ve started playing Uno and my daughter absolutely loves it so I’m sure that will be a few nights a week. 😁 Happy holidays! 🤗
The family gets together early so that they can all make it and we enjoy food and presents and each others company.
My plan for the holidays is to enjoy each and every moment spent with my friends and family no matter how annoying they can be. Those times together is a fleeting gift in the big scheme of things and I am going to wring every bit of enjoyment out of them that I can this year.
Merry Christmas to you and yours from Northern Illinois ❤️
My December holiday plans are getting together with my family, having a big Christmas dinner, hangout and catch up with everyone then we open gifts. Its such a special time because I only see my family once or twice a year.
I have a 9 month old grandson. My plans are to spend as much time as I can with him❤️
Love the way you think. Your books are my escape and I’m addicted.
We usually get together for dinner and play cards. We’re very competitive and then we do WII bowling.
Tradional dinners with loved ones including my 4 great grandchildren, German Sauerbraten, Snow on the Mountain Cake, making cookies & good cheer(it’s all about the food & drinks). Church services and Gratefulness as we Gather and reflect on the last year.
Oh, I forgot one other tradition, Grasshoppers on Christmas eve. 🎄
I work retail so my main plans are trying to stay sane and warm. I have a teenage daughter so most of my shopping will be done online. We usually go to my in in laws on Christmas eve for dinner and presents but this year we are doing presents and dinner on Christmas day. My only other plans are figuring out dinner, every single night and cuddling with my dog Addie
We’ll be having all the kids come over to celebrate. And it’s my first grandbaby’s first Christmas! 🥰
My Christmas will be spending the day with family, then going home to read a good book… One of yours.
I plan on taking time off this year and just relaxing with the ability to enjoy my grandchildren and family. I am looking forward to your new series it looks amazing. I also plan to read the Monsters of Saint Mark’s series I have been waiting for the final book to release so I could dive in and read straight through. I know me and I hate not being able to finish the story (or is it?) so the other two books have been sitting in my library since they released.
Thank you again for the consideration in this giveaway you are amazing
I plan to visit my dad as much as I can while he is in the hospital and attempt to do Christmas shopping.
My December plans… Today I start packing all my stuff in a pod to be shipped across the US. Yep moving Over 1000 miles to start a new chapter in my life! After everything is moved I will start painting and getting my new house ready for Christmas because yes I’m having it there! Lol I can’t wait for my new adventure.
My family will be celebrating on Christmas Eve. I just had my second son on October so it will be his first Christmas. Midnight we will open up gifts with my husbands sister, mother, nephew, and niece. It will be a great 2022 Christmas!!
Resting. I need it so much.
Love you! 💜
My December plans are to watch as many cheesy Hallmark Christmas movies as I possibly can.
Julie, I love that you do this every year! You are a blessing in this crazy world!
This is the first year in quite a while when I have a bunch of holiday parties to go to and a couple that I am hosting. I’m kind of excited about it, but it ratchets up the stress level a little bit too. Then traveling from Florida back into the midwestern cold to see family for Christmas itself. 🥶❄️☃️🌨️ I lived in Colorado and then the Midwest for over half my life, but I’ve been in FL for over 20 years, and I’m just spoiled by the warm weather. It’s hard to deal with the cold now.😬😝
My first Christmas in 10 years to have both of my sons with me! I’m celebrating already – deck the halls!
My December plans are to stay warm, try snow shoes and get out in our local park more. We have the largest park in Montana and it’s beautiful…Makoshika State Park❄️💕
We have the kids and grandkids, parents and friends together for an early Christmas celebration. We do fun games for gift exchanges and have simple finger foods to eat. Just a great time to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company. Then on Christmas day the hubby and I spend the day at the movie theatre where we watch at least 2 movies and enjoy spending time together.
Between spending time with family, I will have my quiet time with your books, they’re the best ❤️
My plans are to take my two chocolate labs up to the mountains to play in the snow. One thinks she’s a seal and have coffee with ebelskevers.
We will be celebrating the season of Christmas and, hopefully, the remission of cancer for my husband with our daughter and grandson. Lots of cookies, snacks and laughter. Wishing everyone health and happiness!
My Christmas plans is to hang out with my grandkids all day and then enjoy a quiet night to reflect on all the blessings, setbacks, and comebacks that has happened in 2022.
No major plans this year. Just hoping to see the grandkids.
I just got word the other day that no one in my immediate family will be working Christmas Eve or Christmas Day this year so it will be the first time in a while that all my siblings and my parents will get to celebrate together! Very exciting news. Other than that, will just be trying to stay healthy and warm now that winter has officially hit and cold weather is here. Thanks for this opportunity, love your books, I can’t wait to read to the finale of The Monsters of St. Marks series and to read the spinoff next year!!!
My holiday plans are to stay home with my family and enjoy our time together.
Looking forward to decorating the tree with my granddaughter and baking cookies, too. Having everyone together for Christmas will be the best!!!
Since this will be the first time in over 30 years that we will not be with our adult children at Christmas, my husband and I decided to do something new (new restaurant, new winter sport, etc) at least twice a week over the month of December. We will also be spending Christmas with our friends who will be away from their children as well.
instead of doing a ton of presents for our kids we are taking them each on a vacation of their choice! my 5 year old chose a dinosaur museum and swimming trip. and my 15 year old chose to do a ren fair this summer!
On Christmas Eve we willl do our movie night. So, I make a box with PJ’s for each person, a blanket, candy, a movie, popcorn, small snacks, socks…we let the kids open it. We put on PJ’s and socks, snuggle up in the blankets and watch a movie. We also make cookies or play games. Then on Christmas we will open presents and have Christmas dinner.
I’m going to do my best to spend as much quality time with friends and family. Whether it’s having a coffee, going to lunch or dinner or pound down a few beers with my guy friends. I’ve been through a lot the last few years and they’ve all stuck it out through it all. (I can be a real bitch when I was feeling bad). I want to show them just how much that it has meant to me with a homemade treats & lots of hugs.
I will be making dinner at my Dad’s house since my Mom passed, and the family will all come there.
OMG Can’t wait for this series….. xxx
I love that you do this! Thank you! We don’t do much for Christmas, I’m not a very festive person so just lots of reading and snuggling up on the couch!
Hi!!! My December holiday plan is to finish moving into a new house with my boyfriend! It’s called “the dome” because a wine owner built and lived in it. It’s really big and the living room is circular with tons of two-story windows, even on the ceiling! I can’t wait to decorate it for Christmas! Oh, and visit my aunt!! lol
Christmas dinner and movies with the family.
I’m still working in Montana until the 17th, then I finally get to go home after 5 months and see my family. Planning on a big Christmas celebration.
My holiday plans are quite different this year. I am hosting a broken family that needs a halfway place to meet, a non drama place to enjoy the holiday, a place safe from judgment of a recovering alcoholic’s first Christmas without alcohol. If all goes to plan, it will be cool, game filled, lots of laughs, and drama free. My fingers and toes are crossed for this adult son to enjoy his sober dad again. Good wishes and vibes appreciated.
Well I don’t know what I’ll do, because I’m searching for a new job 😑, so if I don’t find anything maybe I’ll must go search it in an other region 😔… I really need good luck 🤞🏻
December plans include a lot of birthdays for grandkids and other family members. Get all my shopping done and wrapped before December 24. Happy holidays and thank you for the chance.
My kids will come over open gifts with the pups and their dad and I. Then to my brothers hoping my brother from outta state will be visiting.
I tried to subscribe to the blog but all I got was random letters shaped as a tree.
Our plans are rather subdued. We are in our 70’s so it will be just us and the three dogs. It’s great to watch them ripping all the wrapping paper up
After a trying year, just want to shop for some gifts, decorate a bit and bake a little. Mainly looking forward to hanging out with family and friends. Everyone, enjoy your holiday.
We haven’t made our plans yet…it will be our first Christmas gathering post-COVID!
My December holiday plans will be me trying to concentrate on shopping, cooking, and entertainment for a big blended family. While I so desperately just want to finish your standalone audio’s 😅 And I will succeed at both, but can’t guarantee it won’t be without eye rolls from my husband! You got me hooked girl 😁
This year for Christmas….going home to Northern MN (like WAY up north, Eveleth) to see my family. All of us “children” and our families will be at our Mom & Dad’s house together for the first time in many years due to Covid and hockey tournament schedules – yes, the kids hockey is an acceptable reason to miss holidays! That’s how we roll up there. Anyway, well have a traditional Scandinavian Christmas with our yule goat and lefsa. I hope everyone has a great holiday!! 🎄🏒🤗
We’ll be taking our 2 year old to see all of the Christmas lights and spend time with family🤍
My plans are to try and have some quality time with family and friends and of course a few days of down time. Unfortunately, I have a full time job and recently started a part time time job in which I work almost full time hours, and to do any of my plans, will be quite difficult. Miss time with my family and missing some ME time!!!
I have a big family so we have lots of holiday parties. From the Saturday before Christmas till the day after, we will be seeing lots of family, except for my mother-in-law because she has chosen to do the same things we ask her not to do and we are no longer tolerating people that are toxic. Other then that, I am a massage therapist and this time of year is always super busy with people wanting time to relax, so I will be working my butt off. Now back to putting up my Christmas decorations!
Your giveaways are always amazing. Thank you 😊
I’m alone on Christmas Day so will stay in bed, do nothing and love it! Seeing family the day after Boxing Day. That’s it really. Looking forward to seeing what you’re getting up to and hopefully farm updates too 🥰
I am taking it easy as I finished my Xmas shopping and Christmas cards in November. Just visiting with friends
Back to work finally and will be spending Christmas close to home!!! looking forward to curling up with a book in front of the fireplace
Im in the uk i will be Working most of December but me and my husband have booked a cosy log cabbin between Christmas and new year. We the taking the dog parsnip lots of cold winter walks planned and mulled wine
Well, as of today my plans are to find a stronger baby (dog really) gate. My 75 pound puppy just broke through the one I have and turned on the gas stove this morning. No flame, just the gas. Guess he had enough of me saying “No” and tried to take me out. Not a great way to start the day off! It the family survives until Christmas we will have a nice relaxing quite time at home. Wish us luck! If you hear of a house blowing up in Las Vegas Bodhi (the bad boy’s name) did it!!
I’ll be working in veterinary ER but after snuggle on the couch and eat ham
My children who are older now 14&18 and will be back Christmas Day to spend quality time together 🎄🎄
My husband and I will be spending Christmas with just the two of us. I will have plenty of time to read my favourite books and we’ll probably eat too much! Thank you for your generosity every year. 💝
Well if I get my shopping done, LOL I plan to do absolutely nothing but relax and take in the peace before my job starts on the 3rd of January.
Right now I am busy putting up the Christmas tree and decorating.
I love the sound of your giveaways!
A very quiet Christmas at home this year, we used to go to Jamaica and celebrate but I am so paranoid about flying now.
Just myself and my husband for Christmas. Kids and grandkids are in another province so pretty quiet here.
Taking in a Christmas light show, making silly Christmas videos and eating all the holiday sweets.
Just staying at home with my boys! Thank you!
We are staying home. It’s just the two of us, myself and my grandson.
I’m taking a week off before Christmas and chilling!
Not much for holiday plans. Will have Christmas at home then at my mom’s
Since there’s been a family squabble a few years ago and me being the “Peace Keeper” and failing. I have been spending my Christmas’s at home by myself. I just stay off Facebook and try to pretend it doesn’t bother me
Showing my bestie that the holidays don’t have to be horrific, but can be fun and filled with joy.
My holiday plans this year are pretty quiet just the kids and grandkids for dinner and a few days to hang out.
Merry Christmas Julie!! I am happy that I will be spending Christmas with my 5 great nieces!! This will be the first year that they understand what Christmas is!!!
It’s going to be a wild December. I’m hoping to get started on my shopping but who am I kidding, I always wait until the last minute. Our festivities kick off on the 16th and don’t slow down until the 1st of the year. Good times
Merry Christmas Julie! I’ll be working.
This year will be a small Christmas. Spending time with my husband’s aunt and uncle, and my mom and step dad. They are all elderly and some in bad health. This is the time to make memories.
No big plans this year. Just some quiet time at home. 🥰
Not sure about this year it’s going to be a hard one we lost are 18 month old granddaughter in July and it has been really hard ,so I’m just going to be here for my son and daughter in law and my 2 grandsons, as long as we can be together and make it through this holiday will be ok for me
💜
Along with Christmas I celebrate a birthday in December. So This holiday I will be aging 1 year and spending Christmas with my family.
I will go to Church Christmas Eve, where I sing in the choir. Christmas Day, the family gathers for our traditional Christmas meal, we will eat too much, and will exchange presents at some time during the day. Then I will go home and watch Scrooge!
I am trying my hardest to get presents purchased and wrapped BEFORE the weekend before Christmas because it seems like every year I am behind and rushing around shopping and wrapping all night Christmas Eve and I hate it. Then just an obligatory family event followed by private celebration between my man and I where we can just relax alone, which is our favorite! Happy Holidays to you!
I’ll be recovering from major surgery, so it will be a different Christmas for me. I love your new cover and can’t wait for your next release to keep me occupied while I’m incapacitated.
I would love to go visit my mum, we just lost my dad 6 months ago but if that doesn’t pan out I’ll spend time with my Aunty and cousins.
Staying home this year and relaxing with good books. Thank you for the chance and Happy Holidays you and yours.
Happy Holidays to you all! My plans, kids Christmas parade, toys for tots fundraiser, tamales sale for veterans, collect coats for those in need, dinner with Fam Bam, sun sets on the beach with cold toes in my toes. Blessed
Spending time with family including new grandson. And staying warm
This holiday season I have to work on Christmas Eve and then will be going to my parents. Christmas Day will be opening Santa gifts with my kids and then spending time at my mother in law’s .
watching movies
Having my Daughter home for a few days then just the rest of holiday will be quiet
Spending time at home. Husband was released from a 4 month hospital stay so we’ll be enjoying the holidays at home as he recovers. Thanks for all you do for your fans. I hope you have a safe and peaceful holiday season!
December in our house is the month of non-stop birthday celebrations with a short break for Christmas! Started today with my son’s birthday, so made his favorite muffins for breakfast and his favorite layered cookie cake for tonight. Then we’ll celebrate both of our mom’s birthdays. I make photo calendars for each of them every year. Next up is our daughter’s 21st birthday, and we’re taking her to Nashville for her birthday weekend. Then we’ll travel for Christmas and come home in time to celebrate my nephew’s birthday, which is also the same day as MY birthday. I’m exhausted by New Years and just want to stay home!
Visiting my mom in the nursing home. If my son is off, also with him.
I don’t have BIG plans… just hoping for a quiet little Jimi with no drama. Merry Christmas! 🎄
We go to see my Husbands Grandpa on Christmas Eve Day. Then come home get in PJ’s, Read The Night Before Christmas 🎄, Open 1 Gift & Start Watching A Christmas Story & Leave It On For 24 hrs
So excited by the cover reveal! I can’t wait! No big plans for me this December. Just started a new job so we’ll be staying close to home. During the winter shut-down at my work I’ll be hanging out with my six year old and trying to stay sane through the holidays.
The tree is up and JA Huss 12 Days of Christmas has begun. Christmas is now definitely in the air! 🎅🎄
We spend Christmas with my parents. Christmas Eve we attend the candlelight service at our church. Afterwards we open presents. On Christmas Day we have a feast together.
Christmas is different for us now. When I was a child we’d have 35 to 40 family members attending the dinner. Now we’ve dwindled down to 5 of us. We’re all over 55 so it’s not the same as the busy, exciting time of having young ones involved. We’re just thankful we can still get together. God willing we’ll be able to get together again this Christmas.
Thank you so much for your 12 days of giveaways. It’s extremely generous and it brings excitement into our lives! God bless.
Family coming down for a visit with 90 year old parents
I work in the ER & feel like I am always there lol but I hope to go snow tubing with my teenage boys during their holiday break
My December plans have changed this year. Just trying to figure out life right now. Still separated, going to marriage counseling.
My December holiday plans are still up in the air. Not sure if out of town family members will be able to come this year or when. Either way, I plan on having a low-key and inexpensive holiday this year. I will bake some cookies and cinnamon rolls and watch Christmas themed movies.
My only intentions for December is to stay warm here in Wisconsin. Not traveling. Kids 1500 miles away. So I’ll be hunkering down with my dogs & some good books.
Just having a quiet holiday at home with our own little family. It’s just the way we like it. Thanks for the chance in your generous giveaway!
lots of shopping, so many Christmas movies and reading.
Getting two weeks off of work so I can have family time and sleep.
My December plans, when I can finally step away from the 50-60 hour week work grind, is to make progress on one of my two partially written novels (one a sequel to an as yet unpublished book, and I quote from the last publisher who read it, “it’s a great story, great writing, we just don’t know how to market it”; geez, really?). I wish I had YOUR job, Julie. Write for a living, that’s the dream!
It’s our first Christmas as husband and wife! So we’re putting up the decs soon and having a chill Christmas together with family visits on the day ♥️🎄🎅🏻
The few days I have off, I plan on seeing family and friends I do not see very often. Also catch up to all my pen pal and monthly cards on my Facebook groups
I love the Christmas holiday! I have several Open houses I’m hosting/attending. I love joining Christmas card exchanges with recipes. I love making advent calendars and we each put things in we want to do. We watch a Christmas movie a day. I make us Christmas pjs early on to wear through out December.
We plan on spending a few quiet evenings at home with finger foods, charcuterie boards and drinks. Enjoying the holidays!
Our December plans are decorate for Christmas (knee deep in it now)while getting ready for our family cruise to Hawaii in January. We’re having a potluck Christmas Day with finger foods, desserts and movies. 🎄💗
My Christmas plans are fairly simple. My mother and I will have a wonderful dinner and on Boxing Day we take the leftover meat off the Turkey and make freezer meals for the next three seasons. We always have an open door policy and frequently take in ‘strays’ who cannot travel to visit family. It is always ends up being fun. Thanks for the opportunity and I wish you all the best of the season.
Spending time with my family and enjoying the joy on my little one’s face every time she sees the snow falling and every time she talks about decorating the Christmas tree.
I’ll be praying to the Karma Gods that I don’t end up yelling at my parents while they yell at each other, all the while immersing myself cooking in the kitchen, pouring more wine in myself than the food, and ignoring everyone because I’m cackling like a loon listening to yet another audible book. I think the butter is starting to talk to me now 😂😈😇
Most of the time relaxing and reading. Xmas eve the kids and grandkids will open gifts.
My daughter is a nursing student, so we celebrate when we can. She’s currently on co-op in the surgical ICU at a major Boston hospital. We’re hoping to get to celebrate on Christmas Day, but if we aren’t able to, that’s okay. The nurses and patients need her more than we need to celebrate on a specific day. Happy December!
Two Christmas parties, my birthday, a trip to a museum, and a small dinner at home with family.
I plans for December holiday plans are to spend time as much time with family as possible. We also have my youngest daughter graduating from U of H with 2 bachelor degrees on the 10th. SO LOTS OF CELEBRATING!!
We will be staying home this Christmas. Our local family and friends will come over when they get a chance to watch movies, go sledding (if we get some snow) and eat lots of great food.
Holiday plans – nothing concrete yet but they will solidify here in the next few days. Other than the family getting together for dinner anyway. We are discussing about possibly reviving a few family traditions from both sides of the family as this is a blending of two families. lol
This year we’re keeping things simple. Our extended families are scattered throughout the US and travel is not in the budget so it will be my husband and I and our two daughters. Lots of holiday movies, games, and family time. My youngest daughter and I are putting together the Lego Home Alone House.
Just staying home and having kids and granddaughter over. Love watching her – she is almost 4!
My daughter passed away suddenly earlier this month so our Christmas family get together will be a bit muted this year but we will still be celebrating the reason for the season.
Honestly no plans. We don’t really celebrate Christmas so it’ll just be another day.
The Holidays don’t start until JA Huss does her 12 Days of Giveaways! Woot Woot! How am I spending my holidays? Wine, friends, and sexy books!
I plan to cook, eat and spend they day with my family and pets. Then settle down and read a good book while snuggled with my pup.
Family will be coming to my house to eat and fellowship.
Trying to manage the holidays without my mom. She passed in July so it’s all a little different this year….
As of now my December plans are holiday concerts at school, picking up college kids after finals, visiting family in Michigan, and hopefully catching up on some reading over Winter Break.
We drive to my parents’ in the mountains every Christmas. Hopefully we don’t get snowed in like we did last year 😂
Going to prepare a nice sit down dinner for the family and enjoy opening gifts together. Otherwise, relaxing together. Maybe watch a holiday movie.
Honestly my kids have been utter TURDS this year so I don’t have any big Christmas plans. I might be sending them of to their dads for Xmas break so I can get a break. Singlemoming is ROUGH!
Going to the various Holiday events around my area with family and friends. Love listening to the carolers in period costumes and enjoying all the decorations.
No plans as of now. Probably just dinner with the family. (We stopped exchanging gifts several years ago.
On Christmas Eve we serve Christmas dinner to a local youth home. We have been doing this for over 15 years.
Having surgery lolol. I won’t be able to do anything this year. Oh well always next❤️❤️
I am spending it with the my kids and grandkids eating a ham which I am cooking and opening presents.
Our Christmas plans shouldn’t be anything out of the ordinary this year. Our kids are almost to the end of their Santa days (they are 11 and 9) so I’m going to enjoy that for as long as I can! My parents and in-laws are still around but it may be my father-in-laws last Christmas (he has cancer). We will try to make as many happy memories as we can. 🙂
Our family Holiday begins 12/10/22 with a Christmas whole family party Aunts. Cousins, Neice, nephews Et immediate family. Christmas Ind family. Have a great Christmas. 🎄
Ill be spending Christmas Day with my husband, our children and grand children. It’s chaotic as can be but we love it and have a great time, as well as stuffing our faces.
I will be spending it with my family in Nashville, TN!
I love spending holiday time with my family. My daughter’s birthday is 12/23, so, an added in birthday for us to celebrate also! Thank you for the chance!
My December plans are enjoying all the holiday festivities with my son. Christmas parades, visiting Santa, Christmas Play, baking cookies, all the things!
We hope to be traveling to visit with family.
Christmas Eve is my husband’s birthday. We have a lot of family members over for turkey and prime rib. After dinner Santa shows up (if this man walked up to me out of his Santa suit, I wouldn’t know who he is.) Everyone sits on Santa’s lap and gets a small present. It is my favorite day of the year. We also have a small birthday party for my husband.
We emigrated 🤣 to Scotland last January and recently moved my MIL in to live with us, our daughter is coming for Christmas and then we will be travelling down to Yorkshire to see family for Boxing day. Haven’t seen them since last year.
Holiday party on the 17th with extended family. Christmas Eve at our house with my husband’s family and Christmas Day at our house with my family
Visiting my nephew in PR and having a minor surgery.
I plan to eat dinner at my brother and his family’s house on Christmas. He lives next door, so I don’t have far to travel.
I’m going to be happy that my middle kid will be home from college for a few weeks. So we will have a nice, small family Christmas. My mom was a heroine addict and lost a lot of people because of her selfish decisions, including my kids and me. When she overdosed for the final time in September, I told my older brother I would support any decisions he made to help him and my younger brother move on, but I wasn’t participating. Suddenly, people acted like she had never made a mistake in her life and wanted to celebrate her. I didn’t. I haven’t spoken to them since they told me when her funeral service would be held and only exchange cards with her family at holidays, so I don’t know how they will be received since I preferred to not fake the last 25 years of my life. So, I’m dreading that. But I bought new twinkly lights to put up outside and a new inflatable penguin that has a jaunty look about him that I have named Oliver, so maybe that will distract me. Thanks so much for your never ending generosity (seriously, how many freebies did you give us this year?), and Happy Holidays!
I am looking forward to spending time with family. I have had a rough year with a fried of over 40 passing away. My Brother who went into the hospital on January 24, ( he went from hospital to Extended Care hospital to Nursing home back to Hospital) and he finally past on Sept. 8. My best friend of 50+ years had a heart attack and a month later had open heart surgery. So a quiet time with family will be nice.
I’m a single Mom and my son has Autism. He is loves the holidays and is obsessed with the Christmas tree which we will put up this weekend. It’ll stay up until spring since it makes him so happy 😊. Looking forward to a quiet holiday. The new cover is gorgeous! Happy holidays!
The Holiday this year I feel is going to be quiet, kids are now grown, family members will be missed. Over this past year we have learned to treasure the most important things, those we love most.
Thank you for the chance
This will be the first time in a decade that we are staying home and having a Christmas meal at our house. I will actually have a reason to go all out on decorating the house this year. (not looking forward to putting it all away again, though!! LOL)
I’m working from home right now with my boyfriend and dad here so we’re celebrating by being together with lots of good food, good movies and good books.
We plan on having a HUGE family dinner followed by baking homemade sugar cookies. I beginning my planning for Christmas decor since it is the 1st. Just love this time of the year.
I will spend Christmas with my family, my parents and my husbands parents at our place. We eat Christmasboard (like smorgasbord) on Christmas Eve and Turkey on Christmas Day. On the second day of Christmas my brother’s family will join us. Three days of spending time with the family ❤️
Work, work, & more work, ugh! Until hosting my family the week after Christmas! It’s gonna be a month!
Working pretty much the whole month of December, with the exception of Christmas Day when we are closed. Working in retail is a thankless job at times.
Spend Christmas with my husband then to Christmas lunch with my sister-in-law and her family. Then home to chill out.
It’s going to be a quiet Christmas with a few friends. I have 3 dr appointments this month, pain management for back injections, knee replacement follow up and my psychiatrist! This was a rough fucking year so I’m going to just look forward to 2023! Merry Christmas 🌲
Family and friends over for a meal and festivities. We had the same 13 (so far) for Thanksgiving. We are blessed to have 4 generations. We recently learned an addition is arriving July 2023!!
We emigrated 🤣 to Scotland in January and recently moved my MIL in to look after her, our daughter is coming up for Christmas and then we will be travelling back to Yorkshire on Boxing day to see family who we haven’t seen since last year.
Spending it with my boyfriend, daughter and some close friends. Quiet
Both sons and their wives home for Christmas- busy but fun without doubt!
I will be relaxing with family, eating, reading, and hopefully playing several rounds of Rummikub. 😉
Watching the sun rise over the ocean
Cooking! That’s what I’ll be doing! Besides reading, cooking is my happy place!
I will be spending it with my kiddos.
Yes lots of plans… watching Christmas movies, listening to Christmas music. Enjoying the company of family and friends. Eating a lot until I’m fat!! Making lots of cookies and of course shopping.
No big plans, just the way I like it. Quiet day at home with my family. <3
Christmas Eve supper at our house with whole family, then we visit my sister and my husband’s sister on Christmas Day
Mostly staying home. I host Christmas Eve and then we spend Christmas Day with the in-laws. Low key and chill.
I’m trying to heal from hand surgery but there’s too many projects that need to be done around the house, so between meeting with contractors and running errands for xmas, I’m exhausted but having a blast and not healing the way I should, LOL. Priorities, right?
Since the whole family had the cold from hell, hopefully, a healthy time with family.
I plan to spend the day watching movies and just snacking. Not making a big meal, just a quiet day with my dad. My grandma passed away before Thanksgiving so not really in the mood to do a lot of celebrating this year.
I plan to finish my shopping in the next week and send my gifts off to family. I also plan to relax and enjoy my time with family and friends.
Hoping to catch up on sleep.
My December is spent shopping, making candies to giveaway, wrapping gifts and enjoying family and friends!
My kids will be coming home for Christmas so I’m excited to spend time with them. I will be traveling to see my mom sometime this month. We also have plans to see friends and celebrate with them through out the month.
Making tamales with the family
We have to adjust to a new normal this year. My mother in law passed away in July but my son is having a baby in May so I am going to be a gramma for the first time. So a very emotional holiday season this year
Having family meal with daughter cousin husband and granddaughters
Just a quiet holiday season for us this year. Not doing anything exciting
Fun with friends and coworkers, a ridiculous amount of Christmas movies and then a quiet Christmas with my parents.
Heading to Aruba this Saturday. After that everything is low key in preparation for a milestone birthday in z March.
Hosting my in-laws for the first time in 29 years! Ordering out, drinking lots of wine and sneaking off to read.
G’morning…it’s already December 4 and my plans have to be, adjust to whatever comes. Unfortunately my Dad is terminally ill so spending time with him is paramount but my daughter who lives over 1000 miles away is also sick although not terminally. This is hard, I want to be both places so I think my activity will be to stay in front of the camera for video chats with both of them. Not sure where I’ll land Christmas Day. I’ve never read a KC Cross book but I have read every JA Huss book. I think it’s time to see what KC Cross has to offer.
We’re doing a big clean and getting the living room ready to become a guest room for my daughter, she comes to visit for the holidays and stays two weeks. Special dinner and small gifts for Yule, Christmas Eve at my in-laws and a cozy Christmas day at home. We usually spend new years eve having a movie marathon and good snacks.
Lots of family time and doing things together such as baking, light tour, and decorating.
I’m new to this so I hope I win.
Love the prize.
My Christmas/holiday plans are spending it with my family, cat, reading and writing for fun and eating lots of good food of course. My Mom can’t walk so my sisters and I will be doing Christmas.
After my boyfriend died in August, my plans are to just get through the holidays. My friends and I will be leaning on each other.
A trip to Florida to celebrate our retirement. A family Christmas with our sons, daughters-in-law, and grandkids.
My December plans are just to relax and visit family also be celebrating my birthday
As of right now I don’t have any special plans other than staycationing and reading. Plans are subject to change though…
Looking forward to spending the day with my family my new grandson who will be 7 weeks old included 💞
This year Christmas will be a lot different. We are building a house and will be moving into it the first week of January. There will be packing instead of decorating this year. So besides building the house, I take care of my elderly mother full time as well as my new baby grandson. A good book is always how I relax 😌
Happy December! I’m praying we are all healthy and will all be together this xmas!
HI! Like everyone else, lots of time with family. Our extended family decorates sugar cookies every year so I will bake for that. I have an Etsy shop so I’ve been knitting lots of gloves, bought a new “pencil” tree for my foyer so I will decorate that one with the “fancy” ornaments. Already started baking fruitcakes and cookie dough is in the freezer waiting to be baked closer to Christmas. If I take my adderall I should be able to do all these things, watch Christmas movies, and read books, too! Happy Holidays!
On Christmas Eve the hubby and I are Christmas elves, putting together and staging Santa gifts for the grands. Christmas Day the entire family joins us at our farm. Very strict dress code – everyone must wear Christmas pj’s 😊 we are loud and happy, feeding the horses and chickens is always the biggest fun for the littles and their adults 🥰
I will be celebrating with my children and grandchildren.
Just a quiet time at home with my 3 cats. Hopefully, after the new year, visit my daughter and grandsons. ( I’m in Texas and the moved to Oklahoma last year)
I am going back to NY to see my family. Thanks for the opportunity. Love everything you write.
I will be travelling from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, with my eldest son to Helsinki, Finland, to spend Christmas with some of my late husbands family. We will have to facetime my youngest son who is remaining in Newcastle with his girlfriend who will be visiting from Jakarta, Indonesia. I will also be celebrating my Christmas Day birthday.
December is spent decorating for the holidays, shopping etc….the family comes home for Christmas !!
Thank you and happy holidays
I’m going to my sister’s house and visiting with my mom. I have to travel each year to see my friends and family.
My Dad passed last year unexpectedly and suddenly on what is Father’s Day in the UK (not sure if it’s the same date worldwide!) so my Mum didn’t want to ‘do’ Christmas last year. This year she wants us to bring their only grandchild home to their house for Christmas where she already has decorations galore up and presents waiting for my little man (who turns 3 in Feb). So, as soon as my partner finishes up his nursing shift on Christmas Eve we will be braving the traffic and travelling home to my Mum (and Dads) for Christmas 🎄
Merry Festive Season everyone….make every minute count, you never realise just how precious they are until those minutes are memories! ❤️
My family is pretty small and scattered far apart, so the holidays are usually just me and my cat Miranda. I do have a sister who is a nurse and who works a lot of holidays, so she drops by with leftovers after the actual holiday which stretches my celebration out. Since I’m a quadriplegic though I do have home health aides who stop by throughout the holiDAY, and who bring goodies from their celebrations. I’m eternally grateful to them for making my holidays special and don’t know what I’d do without them.
Wishing all of you a wonderful holiday and sending a big Thank You to JA for these giveaways!
Awesome giveaway -thanks for the chance!
My December plans include a family birthday dinner this weekend, possibly a vacay soon, and steaks on Christmas Day!
I work shift work and for the first time in four years I get Christmas off. We’re having my family and girlfriends for dinner and games! I’m so excited I’ll be with them this year! Thank you so much for this amazing chance! ❤️
Christmas will be easy this year. We are going to do snacks and desserts at my Aunts with my uncle and cousin and his girlfriend. We will do our own Christmas dinner on a diffrent day as it takes away all the stress.
Low key Christmas this year since it’s the first without my mom. A dinner with dad and sister on Christmas and Christmas Eve with husband’s family.
Thanks for a chance!
I will be celebrating the whole month of December. My grandkids and I will be making a different Christmas cookie each day. That is how we do our advent calendars in our family. Then Christmas Eve is for the whole family to get together and do dinner. My immediate family and grandkids get to open their Christmas Eve pjs. Then Christmas Day, we all go to watch my grandkids open presents and make Christmas breakfast together. Then my hubby and I head home to start Christmas dinner and we have a quiet dinner with the kids and grandkids.
To go to Red Lobster with the family.
Early Christmas with my family on the 17th then Christmas with my in laws. Love the holidays!
Spending time with my family and baking my insane amount of cookies to give out!
I honestly don’t know what I’m doing for Christmas right now. Probably at least one webcam family Christmas since they are all in Iowa and I’m in NV. But here is Vegas? Probably watching movies and sleep.
At the moment the plans are to have a Christmas Eve thing with my husbands family which will probably be tacos. Then Christmas at my moms. We’ll do a big prime rib dinner with all yummy sides like broccoli & hollandaise, baked potato and Yorkshire pudding. And dad gets king crab legs for snacks. Can’t wait.
going to my daughter for the day
A few small gatherings with the special people in my life, and then a quiet, peaceful holiday eating a small dinner with my family. After that a nice fire in the woodburner and a set of Christmas movies. Peace and Quiet are my goals this holiday season (that includes New Years Eve).
I’ll be spending the holidays between my sisters and my daughter. The best part is watching the grandkids open gifts
My husband has to work on Christmas Day but the weekend before I get to get together with my brothers and their kids in a cabin and play silly games and eat lots and play dirty Santa. Then Christmas Eve my sons and their wives will come open presents at my house. Can’t wait.
Christmas is my favorite. For Christmas eve we will spend time together eating junk food and drinking and laughing with each other at my daughters home. Then this year my two daughters and there spouse and kids will be coming over to my home to exchange gifts and spend the day together enjoying more good food. 🙂
Several parties with friends. Christmas Eve with family.
Reading when I have time.
Quiet day with the family.
Staying home and ordering a Turducken to try for the first time
Christmas eve is always spent with my mom and my siblings and their families. Christmas day is just my mom and I and just relax!🎄🎄
Working and not getting paid for the holiday.
Plans for Christmas: the whole family (3 grown kids and spouses, 4 grandchildren) as well as 2 step-sons(grown, plus girlfriends) my brother-in-law and partner. Dinner. Dessert.
Making memories.
i cant wait for my daughter to come home from college. she will finish her first semester at UCONN. Then during the holidays, we will be spending time with family and friends
My husband and I are spending Christmas thru New Years in New Orleans. New Orleans is a very special place to us. We may go see the Nutcracker, see some beautiful lights and eat some delicious food.
Celebrating my son’s 18th birthday and spending Christmas with my children and parents.
No special plans, I’m just going to spend some time with my family.
One of my favorite holiday traditions is a long shopping day with my Mom. We shop slowly in her favorite stores and have lunch. She turned 80 this year and I treasure those days with just the two of us.
Attend my synagogue’s Chanukah party and, in the meantime, pray I can either afford to get my truck’s transmission replaced, or that I find a place willing to pay me enough that I can make a down payment on a replacement vehicle.
Honestly I don’t love Christmas, it’s just really stressful to me. With that being said we do Christmas morning at home, Christmas afternoon with my mom, one night with my teenagers and their friends….and…we drive to my inlaws. It’s all awesome but it’s alot.
Very quiet for the holidays. I am hoping for a British themed Christmas this year- eggnog, plum pudding, gingerbread.
Christmas Eve is at my house with a real tree and my husband cooks the traditional Italian feast of 7 fishes while we all help cook and love on each other
Throughout the month of December I will continue to fix up the house I just bought. Christmas will be spent with family ♥️
Christmas Eve here with all my family and friends. We have food and drinks and open gifts. On Christmas it just us and make our Christmas dinner.
This year is gonna be different. My dad passed away in October so first holidays without him. Going to try to keep moms spirt up with a pajama party Xmas eve with my aunt coming in and my brother coming in Xmas day, so I’m basically just hoping we can start new holiday traditions
Lots of shopping and spending time with family.
Our adult child will be coming home for at least a week! It will be a quiet holiday with us (my mom included who now lives with us). Looking forward to a quiet and relaxing holiday.
Well, I’m still shopping and decorating for Christmas. Hopefully I’ll finish soon. I love spending the holidays with my family and we watch Christmas movies and play games. & on Christmas Eve we do an ornament exchange & eat dinner with immediate family. On Christmas Day it’s just me my two boys and husband & we do Santa gifts! Ty for the chance! & Happy Holidays!
No set plans have been made yet. Hopefully my son that lives in New York will come down to visit. It will definitely include food, family and kids.
I’m hoping kid #2 joins the family for Christmas. My parents will be visiting Dad’s parents but will join us in time for #3’s birthday!
I have a small family, so we spend Christmas Eve with my family. After the family dinner, our son comes home with us for gifts and a movie. Christmas day is spent with just my husband. I love that we have a pretty laid back Christmas.
Going around to my eldest daughters for much fun and silliness.
My family and I are going to Universal Studios in Florida for the first week of Christmas break and staying home for the second weeks. Thanks again for the amazing giveaways?
After being sick for the last 2 years I finally get to be with my family for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!!! 💜💜💜
My actual holiday plans are the same as every year…. stay in my jammies in front of the fire with my family, open presents, watch movies, and eat comfort food all day!! Sounds perfect!! Then usually in the next day or two, my nephew and youngest niece will show up for a few days visit (they only get to visit twice a year since they are in school and we live so far apart 😢) and we make the most of those days they are with us!!
Looking forward to decorating, baking and spending time with my family. Excited for a 2 week winter break. Thank you for the 12 days of prizes opportunity!
We’re going to cook. We haven’t decided what yet. That’s still up for debate. It’s gonna be me, my husband, our 2 girls, my mother and his father. We’re going to hang out and watch Christmas movies and listen to Christmas music. Then take a ride down Christmas tree lane. Only thing missing is my 2 boys who are in Oklahoma. But we’ll be FaceTiming with them on and off all day.
I will be celebrating with my husband, two daughters, and 18-year-old son. We moved from CA to WI over the summer and our son, who had just graduated high school, stayed behind so we are all REALLY EXCITED!!
Happy holidays Julie! So looking forward to the holidays this year. We’ll start decorating the inside of the house this weekend. Also I’ll be making Christmas cookies with my youngest.
Sleep. Eat. Family time. Not working!
I am cleaning and painting all month. Yes, bad timing but sometimes it’s just how schedules work out sometimes.
I think our plans are to do one of the drive-by Christmas light tours or to do one of the parks that have all sorts of Christmas lights.
My December Holiday plans are to celebrate 5 different family members birthdays, spend time with my goofy but loving family, and spoil my 8 y/o grandson as much as I possibly can, then send him home! 😁🤣
Relax, maybe drink some wine and enjoy my family time!!!
We adopted our nephew this year so it’s our first Xmas with a child in a while. Looking forward to Santa “visiting” and sharing in his Christmas joy.
How fun!!!!
During December I intend to watch new Hallmark movies, Christmas movie and read some Christmas stories. We will celebrate my mom’s birthday on the 13th. Open Christmas gifts on the 24th with my husband and then go to my parents on the 25th, only to come home and watch Christmas movies
My December holiday plans are to work unfortunately… not the end of the world but I am sad, especially because I have a brand new nephew and they live 12hours drive away.
Merry Christmas! I am working this holiday but with Christmas on the weekend I get an extra day for a long weekend. I plan to spend time with my family, do some baking and enjoying quiet time reading!
My holiday plans are to have my family at my house on Christmas day for lunch and exchange presents. Before Christmas, I have been invited to a couple ornament exchange parties. Will also be going to a Christmas parade and hope to go on a Christmas hayride and look at lights.
I will be shopping and spending time with family. Everyone comes to my house for Christmas and I cook with my mom and my daughter. We eat, play cards, and spend time together. I always take the week off after Christmas to hand out with my kids while they are on Christmas break.
We are celebrating/dinner with my older children on Christmas eve because they have to be back to work the day after Christmas so their /driving back home on Christmas day.
Happy Holidays!! My plans are just going to be chillin’ at home with my husband, and doing virtual family gatherings on Zoom 🙂 Thanks so much for the chance!
I’m living with my daughter nd her family due to some health issues. I’ll be baking and candy making with my granddaughters 10 and 13.
This holiday is going to be a little different for us my husband lost his father so he’s not feeling it on the level we usually do We love Christmas but it’s going to be a quiet time together this year reflecting on our blessings.
I get my granddaughter this Christmas, I only get them every other year. We are going to try the Teepee Christmas tree this year and a lot of baking
Celebrate my husband’s birthday on the 2nd, Celebrate my son’s birthday on the 20th then of course a nice Christmas celebration at home.
December is also my birthday month so there is a lot of celebrating and merry making all month long. I also watch as many Christmas movies as possible!!!
No plans honestly gonna hang at home just keep things casual at best
Hoping to just have a quiet Christmas where ever I may be…I’ve worked from Thanksgiving to NY straight for the last 3 years. (I work in a hospital and it’s getting crazy busy again). It works out since my family celebrates after the holidays so more of us can get together.
Just gonna try and have a stress free holiday season if that’s possible 😂 My dad just entered Hospice care and to be honest that’s taking alot of time but definitely reminding me how fragile life is and trying to slow down a bit to appreciate the little things. Will spend the holidays with my family. 🎄🌟
Enjoying my time off from working at a school and having my kids and grandkids over on Christmas Day
Our plan is basic. We’ll let our son and daughter-in-law decide if they want Christmas Eve or Christmas Day at our house, then we’ll open presents in the morning and have dinner around 2pm that day. The rest of the time will be just the hubby and I (and my kindle lol).
We will be celebrating with family and our brand new Rottweiler puppy! Church on Christmas Eve followed by a ham dinner and my kids will open gifts from family (aunts, uncles, grandparents). On Christmas Day, we open the presents we exchange with each other (hubby, my kids, and me) and then off to my parents’ house for lunch (basically a copy of the Thanksgiving menu).
Thanks for the chance to win!
We’ll be hosting our family and Christmas eve and Christmas day. Nothing big, just my husband, two sons, their girlfriends and myself.
Staying at home with family. Lots of traditions.
Work to pay bills then work twice as much to buy gifts. I’m blessed to be able to work but I’m so tired!
Thanks for the chance.
I will be Spending a Quiet Christmas this year at my Mom and Dads, It will be hard for me this year because my Husband passed away a few months back. He will be missed by all of us this year.
Christmas Eve with my family. I’ll be at the hospital working because they never close!
My Christmas plans. I have my 9th chemo treatment 12-20, I’m hoping to be feeling good enough so hubby and I can spend Christmas day with my mom and stepdad.
We’ll be spending a quiet holiday this year… relaxing and enjoying the time, seeing some lights and decorations, watching some movies and just enjoying the fun of the season.
This year, along with my youngest, I get to spend Christmas with my mother. I haven’t had a Credit her since my 19 yr old was 6 months. So, I’m super excited!
Celebrating my husband’s birthday on the second my son’s birthday on the twentieth and of course a Christmas celebration at home.
My hip hurts so I’m limping around doing a lot of reading. Hope to put our tree up soon.
Love your books…
My brother and his family will be visiting us for Christmas this year. They’re coming from Spain where they live now.
Christmas dinner with my family, and then visiting with my nephews.
I will be having Christmas dinner with my two children and husband and mother in law. We always open a gift Christmas Eve and the rest on Christmas day. This year things are a little tight so just gifts for the kids 😊 thank you so much for the chance at your giveaway Happy holidays!
Our kids and grown and live in another state so I dont have much holiday cheer. The husband and I will go look at light displays around town but that’s about the extent of our holiday plans.
I’m dog sitting 3 dog for my Auntwhi is going to Scotland. Just hanging out with the dogs.
Spend time with family!
I’ll be celebrating with my family and husbands family. We always eat a big meal and the adults play the elephant gifting game.
I will be dog sitting much of the month.
Plans for now are Christmas Eve or Christmas Day at my son’s place. Hopefully everyone will stay healthy this year. My post office is four blocks away, but the personnel make for a terrible experience. There are daily posts in our neighborhood group “what happened today.” People go to different towns just to avoid ours. Lol.
My family is comprised of multiple religions, so the month is packed the whole way across with holiday fun. Also, 4 of said family members have birthdays as well, so December is a busy busy time! Thank you for the chance – Happy holidays to you! 🙂
This may sound a bit odd but I usually spend the night Christmas Eve at my ex-husbands, we usually do a nice dinner with our family and friends. Our youngest daughter usually comes home from college at least for a few days so we get to spend quality time with her and she loves it that we still get to do Christmas morning as a family.
My 65th birthday will be on the 23rd so I’m hoping to have a nice dinner with my husband, sister and her family and my mom. On the 24th I will go to Mass and then spend a quiet evening at home with my husband and we will have “fun” foods (appetizers) and a beer or two for dinner. On Christmas we will celebrate quietly at my mom’s with my sister and her family. I will have to work on the 23rd but will enjoy being off work until the 27th.
I have lots of cooking to do this month. Manly sweet treats. Not just for home but to share at work as well. I love how everyone gets into the holiday spirit.
My husband, kids and I plan to go visit my in-laws in Florida. It would be my 3 year old sons first time meeting them.
Relaxing with family!
I will be working at hospital but will still enjoy time with my family. I will be having fun all so with my work family.
Celebrating Christmas with kids and grandkids on Christmas Day this year. I always love this time of year!!
My holiday plans are low key. We are planning on a brunch with my adult kids and grandkids.
Celebrating at home with my husband. Cooking together and watchin our favorite Christmas movies.
We are with family every weekend through the new year. Lots of family time, Christmas light displays, hot drinks and food.
decorating this weekend… making cookies…getting together with family on Christmas
My husband is active duty so of course we are pscing(moving) to another state. Merry Christmas to us 😂
Big Christmas party with my dad’s side of the family on December 17. Celebrate with my mom’s side Christmas Day. Spend time with my brother who lives in Japan and hasn’t been able to visit since Covid.
No particular plans yet – just to visit with family.
The family comes over, may do gifts and have a snack or two.
This year I’m trying not to stress about things to much or get sick. I’ve had Covid at Christmas the past two years which sucked, so having a low key holiday with good health would be wonderful!
Having Christmas dinner at home with family.
Looking forward to celebrating with extended family over many days!
We have no plans yet, probably just the two of us staying home.
I like going to small shops to look for gifts. I also love to bake each week. It is also a tradition to go to The Fireside dinner theater with my parents and family. Christmas Eve is when I have everyone over to eat and spend time together.
Our December plans include celebrating my 52nd birthday on the 9th, then my nephew’s 17th birthday on the 14th, and then a few small family get togethers for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Our 14-year old twins have requested low-key for the holidays because they have been overwhelmed with starting high school this year. We would rather have small intimate gatherings with family where everyone feels comfortable with lower stress and anxiety levels. Our children’s mental health is very important.
I’m going to have a few Christmas parties for work and eating at IHOP on Christmas with family
My plans for December are to slow down, breathe in the holiday spirit snd spend time with my family, when I’m not working? 😁 my older sons will be flying home to visit so I’m looking forward to spending time with all my four sons and husband.
First little treat of December is going Christmas shopping with my husband which is like a sweet day date for us, then there’s my birthday on the 16th, a few days before Christmas my sister’s and I get together with all the kiddos to make candy and cookies, and then the main event of opening gifts on Christmas morning followed by a big traditional dinner with all the family. Hope you and your family enjoy the holiday season!!!
My immediate family has rented a cabin at Red River Gorge for Christmas. Have our meals planned out with everyone pitching in. Hiking some trails on Christmas Eve during the day. Making simple ornaments for the tree.
I am going to watch as many Christmas movies I can. I hope to make cookies to send to family out of state.
Merry Christmas to everyone!
Christmas with Family & some Vacation time! ♥️💚
We’re starting the month with chocolate and driving around town checking Christmas lights, visits with Santa, then Christmas at the Beach!
We do Christmas morning with the kids and a BIG dinner with family and friends in the evening.
Merry Christmas everyone!
Going to my sister’s and we play games, eat, relax
Working the first half of the month and then I take the last half for vacation before my busy season at work starts next year. I have some shopping to finish and baking to plan. Happy holidays!
At this time I have no definite plans to exactly where I will spend Christmas, but one thing is for sure. I will be with family enjoying the time spent together and enjoying Christmas through the eyes of children.
I jumped the gun and left my first comment yesterday. Spending time with friends and neighbors. Also, I love the new book cover. Can’t wait to read it.
Buying presents for family, decorating and putting up tree, spending Christmas Eve and Day for food and gift giving
Enjoying Christmas dinner with the extended family…yay!
Christmas eve dinner, gifts, then our traditional ice fishing.
I will be at home throughout Christmas.
I am visiting my sisters on christmas day and then having christmas dinner with my parents.I will probably just watch lots of trash christmas TV..lol..and eat lots of christmas chocolate.
Have a fantastic Christmas everyone.
Thankyou so much for the chance.
We celebrate at my sister’s house on Christmas Eve, then go to the in-laws for Christmas day
Spending time telling stories, lots of eating and laughing with family.
My family’s got some fun things planned out with the kiddos, there’s a big drive thru light show and we’ll be constructing a gingerbread neighborhood. Oh and lots of cookie baking. Most importantly just spending time with the people who matter the most to us.
DECEMBER HOLIDAY PLANS ARE…enjoying a Fa-la-la-abulous time with family
Lots of relaxing with my loved ones and yummy goodies!!
Quality time with family ❤️
This will be the first Christmas I’ll be off so I’m hoping to spend a quiet day with my sons, or at least spend time with them. No major plans as work will be busy up until Christmas and then I have the last week of the year off.
Dinner with my mom and sister and her family.
My son is getting married on Christmas Eve at my house. I can’t wait for my new daughter in law. I call her my daughter in love for how happy she makes my son.
Working up until the 23 then going to the mountains for Christmas.
Since our family is not able to be together until the end of the month, I plan on organizing and downsizing a lot of “stuff” and do my deep cleaning!
Working myself and my twin teens are also planning on working on and off through the holidays. Just hoping for some cozy times with all my kids in between.
This Christmas I’ll be take vacation from work! So I won’t have to work yay! I’m planning Christmas at my house again this year, hopefully my family will be able to make it!
Unfortunately not much of a Christmas for me. My family is doing a Christmas family reunion back home. I couldn’t get the time off from work, so I’m all by myself this year ☹
This year we will be very busy! I have 3 littles who absolutely love the holidays and there are sooooo many activities that we do each year. Lightseeing, Santa pics, making gingerbread houses, Xmas train rides at the mall,Xmas card exchanges, gift buying, big family dinners, Xmas eve boxes and sooooo many other things!
I will just be relaxing at home with my husband and kids this holiday.
With the ridiculous prices in stores now (Chicken doubled in price from the week before.) I can’t afford to do anything for Christmas.
This year we will be spending the holidays at home. I need time to relax and unwind from my job. Family time is important especially when they let you read without interruption 😝
Family Family Family!🥰😍❤️❤️
As of now our plans are Christmas Eve with the in-laws, then heading to the deer camp. We love it there. My youngest two, ages 9 and 16 will hopefully get a deer each. I’m sad my oldest daughter and son-in-law won’t make it. Son in law is a sheriff deputy and will be working. Other than that just hanging out with family and friends enjoying each others time and company.
I will be spending it with family on Christmas which is my favorite time of the year.
May I start with I absolutely love your books. I started listening to your stories last Christmas; with the bossy brothers series. And quickly realized that I need to listen to all of your books. So when I was done with that series, I needed to I start from the beginning. (Rook and Ronin) Now, 1 year later and I patiently waiting (for the first time) for a book release. (Royal beasts) I can’t wait to get back into that world. How I miss Pie and Pell.
As for my plans this holiday. I am trying to survive raising and 8 yr old and almost 2 yr old. And all the effort of that blasted elf 🤣
My husband, me and my daughter will have a quiet Christmas. I always invite people who can’t go home but at this point everyone I know will be with family
This Christmas my husband and I will be having a cozy Christmas eve and day at home. I’m cooking a Bone-in French Prime Rib Roast for Christmas. Wish me luck.
I pray that all of you have a safe, healthy and cheerful Christmas or whatever you celebrate.
We haven’t finalized any plans yet. The past few years it’s just been a quiet Christmas with the 3 of us at home.
Lots of overtime and working Christmas Eve until noon on Christmas Day. Then heading to my Aunts for Christmas with the family.
My December holiday plans? Spend time with the family; watch my grandsons open presents. Eat too much at Christmas dinner and just be.
My holiday plans are pretty sparse. I have an extended-family party a couple of weeks before Xmas and that’s it. I’ll stay in for Xmas and New Year’s, cooking a little and hopefully sewing a little (my passion). I’ll also spend quality time with the pup—always a good thing!
Hubby and I have our anniversary coming up on 12/13. We are in hopes of being fully recovered from Covid by then. We usually host the family dinner on Christmas Eve.
Put up the tree. Wrap presents. Have a big dinner with family, on Christmas, followed by opening presents.
I’m going to be spending my time trying to make this the best Christmas for my 4 year old granddaughter. We are going to be baking cookies, decorating, and buying/wrapping presents.
This year is a little different! My two older boys moved out this year. So, all we have is our 14 year old. Waking up to sockings is now transitioning to meeting at “mamaws” (my mom) house for stockings , presents, and family. Like I have read in prior posts above, bittersweet…..but excited and ready for a new Christmas evolution.
Very excited my daughter will come home to celebrate Christmas with me. We will visit her grandmother Christmas day and take out annual three generations picture!
We do a big Christmas. We go to brothers house Christmas Eve and play game. Christmas Day we go to parents house for dinner.
We do a female only brunch and ornament exchange on my mom’s side of the family. And then we will do Christmas at my guys parents on Christmas eve. And then Christmas day in am with my family and then in afternoon at my parents. And then to my guys grandparents house in the evening…..it’s really chaotic.
I will be traveling to my hometown of St. Louis and spending the holidays with my family. I can’t wait to see the granddaughters open their presents.
Still mending from an injury in September have been out of work since 9/11 just praying I go back soon and tho pain ends
Semi-quiet holiday for my husband and myself this year. We are adding a puppy to our household the week before Christmas, so no extra people or animals, around her until she is at least 4 months old.
Family time! Get everyone together, eat, watch movies and later play adult games!
I’m taking my oldest daughter to go stay with my besties/college roomies/her uncles and see The Nutcracker for the first time!
Hoping to go to Galveston for Christmas
We’re celebrating quietly at home with family this year.
First a few days on the stormy Oregon coast with family. Then a week with family gathered in a single city. One large meal, no gifts, lots of time together.
We just came back from skiing in Colorado, so December will be here, in warm Florida:) hopefully some beach time on the weekends and during the kids’ winter break.
I do a cookie day with my daughters and daughters in love along with my 8 grandkids. It’s so much fun and warms my heart
My sister is hosting Christmas for the first time this year. It’s going to be a great time, I can’t wait! I love spending time with my family <3
My holiday plans are to bake sugar cookies galore to frost & decorate, eat lots of sweet & savory goodness, drink spiked eggnog & other spirits and on Christmas, listen to my mom who is 81 years old play the piano with her favorite Christmas music!
Julie, may your Holidays sparkle & shine!
I am celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary and will be getting married again. I am so looking forward to it! All plans has been made and deposits paid. Unfortunately I had to make the promise that I will not listen to books in the first week we are away, but I made no such promises for week 2!
A few events around the city, Christmas movie marathon days, get-togethers with family & friends, volunteer at local homeless shelter!
Our oldest will come home from college and the whole family will be together for the holidays.
Christmas eve we go to my mom’s and have homemade pizza, then the kids open one gift each from grandma and grandpa. Christmas morning we open gifts at home, then back to my mom’s for more gifts and family time.
Not sure. After working the holidays for quite a few years, kind of lost the traditions
Just planning on hanging out with the family (mom, dad, sister, niece). We get together on Christmas Eve and Christmas for meals, gift exchange, and board games.
The usual Christmas Eve dinner with my parents and not sure about Christmas Day probably spend the day reading
We are spending Christmas at home with our family. My mom will be coming up from Houston to visit and celebrate my son becoming a teenager.
Enjoying time with family!
My son is coming home and we will be celebrating at my sister’s house for the day with the whole family
Enjoying a few days off and planning on doing absolutely nothing 😂 I just want to enjoy some quiet before the chaos of January starts.
My daughter is driving from GA to Arkansas to pick me up (and my service dog) to go back to spend Christmas and new years day. Im so excited to spend this special time with family.
Lots of traveling, Georgia, NC, NY and SC. Looking forward to family and rest afterwards
We’ll have a turkey dinner with family and friends.
My young adults will be home from college and we’ll spend the evening and day at home. Before that I will do some decorating and baking.
I will be spending as much time with my children as I can. They are older now and don’t live with me anymore so I barely get to see them. Christmas is my favorite day because I get to spend the whole day with them.
My kids, grandkids and I will get together with my brother and his family.
On christmas eve I have my kids over for dinner and first and second christmas day I have to work.
I plan to spend as much time as possible with my family. Months ago, I didn’t know if my hubby was going to be around, and because he is, I feel like I treasure every moment possible. Time is so precious and it’s making me understand that we need to appreciate all the moments in life ❤️
Will just be home by myself reading and relaxing, have no family close and friends are going to be out of town with their family’s,
My holiday will likely consist of food and gift exchange with parents and a few close friends. And of course, lots of kitty snuggles.
Watching Christmas movies and walking at night to see all of the beautiful decorations.
We have several activities planned with the family during December. My two daughters and their families live within 2 miles of us so it’s easy for us to plan to be together. My daughters are married to brothers and we get both families together for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We just change locations. Christmas Eve we are at my sons in law’s family home for dinner and the evening. Christmas Day we make several stops, ending up at my daughter’s home. It’s crazy busy and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m still not sure if we are traveling to my sister’s house or staying local. Hopefully we will be doing some Christmas things before then!
I will be meeting up with friends in the week up to Christmas but on Christmas Day it will be just my Mum and me spending some time together and enjoying each others’ company.
We host a gathering of family and friends on Christmas Eve.
Finally going on a trip with the family after being cooped up for 3 years!! The first time for my nieces and nephews to see snow 🥳🥳
We haven’t made any plans as I spent Thanksgiving and am currently in the hospital staying with my mom. She had a 15 hour surgery to remove cancer of her mouth, neck, and lymph nodes and reconstruction of her tongue and jaw. She’s unable to go home because of an infection and she isn’t “nutritionally sound” enough to be released. Christmas is my favorite holiday. I walked into the hospital today and saw the trees everywhere and realized I haven’t put up one tree in my home. By the Friday after Thanksgiving I have 3 trees up, the entire house decorated and 50 nutcracker statues scattered throughout. This year, I don’t even think they’ll be any shopping.
We have no plans right now, probably the two of us will just stay home.
My husband & I will have a quiet dinner at home. We had my daughter & her family for thanksgiving this year so they will be at my sil family for Xmas.
I am a single girl, so I usually spend the holidays alone. This Christmas my sister and sister-in-law are spending Christmas Day with me!! I am SO excited. Spending the month cleaning! Also, all the hockey this month. Griffin’s and Red Wing hockey galore and I love it!!
Reading on a cruise is how I will be spending my holidays.
A quiet Christmas at home.
I have a goal of 30 of your books this month. Today I stated and finished 18! Holy shit it was amazing! Next up is the bossy brothers series ❤️
We will be spending Christmas at home this year. It’s now just the 3 of us since my parents moved to TN a few years ago.
My son’s birthday is Dec 1 so that is the beginning of my December plans. Our eldest son’s birthday is Dec 30 which is how the busy month ends. In between is my birthday (13th) and our only daughter is the 26th. Oh along with Christmas parties wrapping and shopping. This relaxation gift would be for me! This year we are going to see our grand kids wake up Christmas morning…I can’t wait!
My husband and I are enjoying a quiet Christmas at home. I work alot and he is not well enough to travel so a quiet holiday at home is perfect this year.
I start my Christmas season of celebrating today. I will be doing my Bestie Christmas this weekend, my exes family party on the 18th and my family party on the 19th. I will also be going to at least two more this month as well.
We spend Christmas Eve with my husband’s family and Christmas Day is just the two of us. We used to go to a movie on Christmas Day, but we haven’t been back to a theatre since the pandemic, watching a movie at home together is nice too.
I will be spending Christmas with my daughter and parents. I am sad that my son can not make it home this year. He is in the Army and can not make it home. This will be the first Christmas without him 🥲
My Christmas will be spent with my immediate family as I live thousands of miles away from the rest of our families.
Still not sure, because of how Christmas falls this year and because I have a job that won’t give us Monday off to observe Christmas it will either be at my house or a very short weekend trip to my mom’s house in Indiana!
We are keeping it pretty simple this year. Family time and hopefully few days enjoying Disney for Christmas.
Two of my four children are coming home from out of state, so my family is planning on going to the Nutcracker, the Arboretum Winter Nights, and playing games at home. The chance to be together is the most important part of the holidays regardless of the activity!
I’m looking forward to having my 3 kids and their spouses all together. It doesn’t happen often enough.
We will be having 6 holiday events with family and friends, starting with Solstice on the 18th. 2 families on christmas eve, 1 on christmas, 1 on the 26th and the last on the 31st. We are fortunate to have a large family that enjoys getting together.
Excited to spend time with our kids and grandkids. Christmas Eve with kids, Christmas morning with grandkids, Christmas Day with in-laws, and Christmas night making cookies with the grandkids.
We’re going to New York for a week before Christmas too so all of the cheesy tourist stuff and when we get home we’ll have a quiet Christmas.
I plan to spend Xmas in NYC! I’ve never been so I am excited!
Happy Holidays Julie and everyone. My plans are to host family at my house so lots of cleaning this month. I love hosting at my house. Christmas is my favorite holiday!
This is my first Christmas since my divorce, so I will be spending it with my amazing family and friends, then find myself a warm beach until the New Year.
My Christmas plans are always the same and I love that. On Christmas Eve, we go out to my mom’s and have a day full of fun and laughs. Then we come home to see Santa had visited our house so the kids open more presents. (My husband is not an morning person so this is his way to sleep in.) The on Christmas Day, we usually go to the in-laws for a couple hours and then spend the day evening at home.
My Holiday plans are to spend time with my family as it’s the most important thing to me ❤️
I have no exciting plans for December. Just working and the usual lol. I plan to drive around and look at all the Christmas decorations later in the month with my kids. That’s about it. 🤷🏼♀️
Seeing the book covers…it would be interesting to have a calendar of some of the sex guys from your book covers…idea for next year 12 days of Christmas?
I’ll probably spend it reading books and watching Home Alone.
Hoping for a quite holiday with my little family
The best plan we have is to join our only daughter and son-in-law at their house to celebrate the day. We join our fur grandbabies: a nine-year old Newfoundland and a 31-year old Icelandic stallion; our daughter has chosen not to have children. Time is the most precious gift we can give to one another so we cherish the time we share.
A really laid back December for us. Spending time making handmade gifts for the family and forgoing the usual Christmas dinner and just getting takeout and celebrating on the 24th.
Just stay home and relax and read.
Hubby works on Christmas so it will just be me and our dogs. Since we do not have children, it can be just another day for us. Most of the time we enjoy the day together, not this year though.
Julie my friend you are a rock star! I absolutely love all the good reads! The way your mind works in an inspiration for creativity. Can’t wait for the next amazing series! Happy holidays to you and all your 4 legged family!
On Christmas Eve we have dinner at my in-laws and unwrap presents. On Christmas my husband and I just chill mostly since most places are closed anyway.
We aren’t going to have much of a Christmas this year. We are moving into a newly constructed home this Christmas/New year. So, lots of packing and saying goodbye to our current house of 10 years
We are looking forward to our youngest son coming home for a week. He lives 9 hours away and we only get to see him a couple times a year.
I haven’t really made any plans. Probably just staying home 🙂
(Thanks for the chance to win!)
My plans changed since the passing of my father on Thanksgiving day. I’ll stay home with my mom. It’s going to be tough holiday season for me. But I’m grateful for your books. I started rereading them to keep me away from reality.
Christmas Eve we have dinner at a Chinese Restaurant then we open stockings with my husbands family.
Christmas morning we open presents at home with the kids then head to my dads for a Christmas dinner 🎄
Celebrating my husband’s birthday today, my son’s birthday on the 20th and then a nice quiet Christmas celebration at home.
My daughter is coming home for a month for Christmas with her dog Odin (my only grandchild 😉 I’ll be listening to your audio books during the day, while she’s working and we’ll do some holiday cooking, baking and mimosa drinking on the weekends. Happy Holidays to you!
I will be spending Christmas Eve wrapping, Christmas Day with my boys and my parents and Boxing Day with my boys. Nothing too exciting.
I will be enjoying christmas day with my family and friends having everyone for dinner and drinks
My extended family is scattered across the country, so we celebrated Christmas on Thanksgiving when everyone was together. Now, I’m going to relax and take a holiday trip to the beach.
It’s going to be a quiet December for me. Time on and spending the holidays with family
I’m just going to work. And shop. Then work again
We are doin it a bit different this year. We r doin fun pajamas and haveing breakfast for dinner! I am hosting:)
I want to do something different this year. Christmas has become so commercial and materialistic that I would like to go simple this year. Spend time with people you care about and don’t see enough. I think sometimes we forget that giving our time to one another or doing something like offering to run errands for folks unable to do such things, gives pleasure and cost so little.
Arkansas for Christmas and the next week back to Nebraska. Get to see family I haven’t seen in a year! Thank you!!!

I plan to spend a nice quiet Christmas season with my husband and daughter. Thanksgiving was a little crazy because my water heater broke and put a damper on the start of my holidays (literally) but I’m gonna grab and spread love and joy where I can the eest of the holiday season. Happy Holidays to everyone 😊.
My extended family attends church together on Christmas, followed by family time at my parents house with desserts and games. We then have Christmas Day with our own individual families to open stockings and presents. There’s nothing very formal about our Christmas Day. My favorite part of Christmas, though, are our family advent devotions when we focus on the sacred aspects of Christmas and prepare ourselves for the second coming of Christ.
I have a Christmas party at the fire dept tomorrow and my waiting on Christmas breaks for the school I work with so I can read and be lazy

My mom and I prepare Christmas dinner for the whole family (20+). We have a super huge buffet style dinner, including all our bossy, loud, and loving Italian family. Never a quiet or dull moment. I love every minute of it, but it’s always a toss up of if I’ll have a migraine along with my food coma. Lol
I have to work and not much more than that.
We host a gathering on Christmas Eve. Our daughter and her family as well as our niece and her family are planning to come. We love being surrounded by family at Christmas.

I am singing O Holy Night as a solo in church on Christmas Eve. Bringing my 87 year old mom to my house after church. Christmas charcuterie board, mulled wine and hot chocolate with Christmas movies.
Then church on Christmas morning singing with the team and Christmas feasting at my aunts house in the afternoon!
I love hanging out with family and friends

My sister and brother in-law will be driving down for Christmas and we will spend time with them. Probably go on hikes near by my house,
I’m just hoping to get my Christmas tree up before Christmas 😂
Once again I’ll be in the hospital during Christmas. However much more hopeful about the holidays then last year!
Binge watching Christmas movies.
My oldest daughter, who is still in training for the Navy, is flying home to spend a week with us! The hubby is deployed but we will FaceTime and still make great memories.
My plans this year are to enjoy the holidays and not get overwhelmed or stressed. Have everything ready well before Christmas Eve!
Catching up on rest and baking!
My plans are babysitting my grandkids and lots of family time.
On 12/16 we head/fly to Arlington Virginia to begin our annual weekend of laying wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery for Wreathes across America. Home on Monday the 19th the I travel to pick my 82 yr old mom and dad up in Florida for Christmas in Louisiana with my hubby and I .
So I just got back from vacationing in Madagascar—came home a week before thanksgiving and then caught covid from my dad. So now I am so far behind on purchasing gifts so I think this year I will be buying gifts right up to the last minute. I HATE to say this but as much as I used to love Christmas….I absolutely hate the month of January (I had a fire that killed 4 members of my family–aunt, uncle, cousin and her 5 yo daughter in January 2000 and then my dog passed 2 years ago on the exact same date) and I ‘ve had 5 other family members who passed over the years in the month of January—- So basically I white knuckle the month and dread the weeks leading up to it! So hopefully I will find a bit of peace this year…..and rediscover the magic of Christmas
Going to Hawaii to visit my mom for the holidays! 🙂
I’ll have my family and friends over for Christmas dinner.
staying home for the Christmas holiday with my family.
I will be with my son, DIL and grandkids at home this Christmas.
I will be spending Christmas Eve with my family at my dads and Christmas at my daughters this year.
I work crazy hours as a florist for the holiday season clear through Christmas Eve this year, so I am going to be in full sloth mode spending the day binging on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives with my son on separate couches and reading to our hearts content. It doesn’t sound like much but it is priceless.
My family and I are going abroad for Christmas and New Year!!
So excited because we haven’t had the chance to go abroad since COVID started 😅
Tree, decorations, present, booze, sleep
The weather is always deciding factor on whether we go to son’s house day after Christmas. Christmas Day we have invited several folks that would otherwise be alone… we play cards and have fantastic holiday dinner. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Going to Blossoms of Light at the Botanic Gardens.
Thanks for the contest.
We are traveling to Florida to spend the holiday with my in-laws. It will be their first time meeting our youngest child.
My Holiday plans are for me & my Husband to go to my parents for the day and have a turkey supper.
I’m retiring this month, so my holiday plans include sleeping in, laying on the couch, and reading great books!
My Holiday plans aren’t that fancy, just dinner at home with family on Christmas. I’ll make traditional Puerto Rican dishes and drink of course and that’s always yummy! New Year’s will be pretty much the same.
It will be a pretty quiet day for us. A good day to go to the beach.
My holiday plans are being with my family and my mom since this is the first holidays without my dad. We dont feel like celebrating that much but just need to be there for one another.
Spending time with my husband and kids camping one weekend, local family on Christmas and then going to visit my mom for a week after Christmas in Florida.
We are actually getting married right before Christmas this year! The families will all be together and we are very excited!
Just trying to stay above water this holiday season. It’s my 5th Christmas since unexpectedly losing my husband, the love of my life. I would of died myself but we have five beautiful YOUNG children I had to push on for. I’m one jaded mofo, and that’s my good days 😉
Love your creative AMAZING beautiful mind, *big hug!*
We will be spending our first Christmas in our new home in Florida. It’s exciting but kinda sad as we will miss all the extended family.
December is also my birthday month as well as my daughter who will turn 21 (yikes!). So we will spend lots of time together this month but close to home.
I will be spending it with my mom. We only have each other and love christmas. Enjoying a lot of hallmark movies this month. Happy Holidays!
Thank you for the amazing giveaways! My holiday will be quiet. I will work each day. I am a nurse in a long term facility so I love spending holidays with some of my older patients. My daughters go with their dad on Christmas Eve then spend Christmas with me. We usually cook something yummy and binge watch something good!!
We celebrate Christmas Eve with extended family. It will be better than the last two years, everyone will show up this year! Christmas Day, me, my brother and sister and all the kids go to my parents house for breakfast and presents We all have to wear the same pajamas to take our annual Christmas photo!
For Christmas I will be home in my room reading and watching movies, I have no family to share with
Im doing a whole lot of nothing as I recover from surgery. Hopefully, by Christmas I can visit family.
It’s summer in Australia, so we always head to the holiday house up the coast with all the family for a couple of weeks of sun, beaches, booze and food

Running the food pantry holiday drive and will spend Christmas Day with my family.
Spending quality time and laughter with my little family.
We don’t currently have any plans and will probably not celebrate much this year. My mom passed away earlier this year from stage 4 cancer and she was the one that went all of for the holidays and got everyone together. It’s just not the same this year.
No plans
Lots of Family Lots of Friends Lots of Food!! Always Crazy and fun!
I’m not sure what my plans are yet. My brother always drags his feet on making a date to meet up. I’m going to my BFF’s house on the 25th to celebrate though. She’s having surgery a couple days before so I hope she won’t be in too much pain. Thanks for the chance to win!
Hi Julie – I have no plans for the holidays. My son is 36 (this week) and is in Japan with the Air Force and my nieces are older teenagers and no longer gather for Hannukah candle lighting like when they were younger. Something may come up in the 55+ building I live in, which happened last year. We each ordered individually from the same restaurant and gather in the “dining room” to have dinner together. New Year’s Day my ex and his wife have an open house with great food, so I’ll be there for sure. =)
I will do some baking and spend time with family.
My puppy (11yrs old) was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I will be spending as much time with him that I can.
Get over being sick with RSV
Going to NYC to see the tree and a quiet dinner with family
We’re doing a family reunion on a cruise to Antarctica! It’s a bucket list adventure and an incredible opportunity!

On Christmas Eve, my sister and I treat ourselves to a fancy dinner reservation. On Christmas Day we cook or go into NYC for the day. Since Covid, we’ve just cooked. Too many people in NYC.
No fuck’s I’m going to wing it
My tree is up and I have 5 stockings hanging. We usually meet all the kids for a Christmas drink and appetizer on Christmas Eve in a restaurant. My husband and I will be going to my daughter-in-laws family for a potluck on Christmas Day. Then our grown kids two of three sons and a daughter-in-law will all be here for stocking stuffers, a couple games along with a big brunch on Boxing Day. (Canadian-British Holiday on Dec. 26) We are getting more low key as we get older. Still all very special to have my family around durning the holidays.
Hosting Christmas Eve this year.

Quiet at home with a few family and friends. Non – traditional meal – paella on the menu.
Just spending as much time with my family as possible. I have three teens, 13, 14 & 16 so I feel like I’ve won the lottery if they are all at home and I get to hang out with them!
It will be a few dinners with family and friends. I’m looking forward to eat all the food. I tend not to put too much on my plate because winter holidays are spiking my anxiety.
December plans are to get through….we have a few social engagements but nothing big. Family lives very far away.
My December plans are shopping and celebrating the holidays. I have been decorating and will start baking soon.
I just have a quiet christmas dinner at home. Sometimes my daughter drops by with my grandson to pick up their christmas gifts.

Including “Kersten Cousin Games” where the grandkids battle it out for this years top spot! Then Christmas morning is spent with my in-laws then a drive back home to relax for the evening while my kids spend the day with their spouses families.
Celebrating both of our December babies’ birthdays, and spending time with family and friends

I’ll be baking cookies, and will spend Christmas at my sister’s and New Year’s Eve with my friends.
I will be working the entire holiday at the hospital. Hoping for a quiet holiday for sure. But I have a week off after Christmas day. So I’m oozing forward to that.
Just hanging out with my family eating snacks and watching movies !!
I’ll thaw out the turkey and dad puts it in the crockpot. We fix a few sides and will binge watch the new season of Jack Ryan on Amazon after the football games.
I’m still not sure what we are doing for Christmas.
visiting with family more in depth
Quiet family get togethers
My husband got sent to serve in Ukraine for Christmas and it’s got our daughter FREAKED out! So our December holiday plans are to just overwhelm her with things to keep her mind occupied. I planned a few short trips, an overnight stay in a local hotel (her daddy had them fill our room with balloons, cake and a banner saying how much he missed her), I got a stack of those home project subscription boxes, cooking, art projects. I will be exhausted by the end of the month, but I really hope it helps her having extra mommy attention.
We’re going to celebrate chanukah and enjoy a slower holiday at home.
Spending time healing from carpal tunnel surgery
I recently moved back to my hometown after 32 years, got a new position and been catching up with friends and family. Volunteered for a charity golf day, helped organise and run a 20th Anniversary fishing comp at the dam, went to a beautiful wedding and trekking around the countryside so I am hoping to have a rest over the silly season ❤️💚
Merry Christmas to all 🎅🏼
Traveling to visit family and friends. We love hunting the best of Texas gifts and sharing them with our loved ones.
Traveling to visit family and friends. It’s actually low key, and lots more fun for us than a huge holiday bash.
My son will be home from school so we will have a nice family christmas with a big meal
I do have to work during the holidays but after the holidays I plan on spending time with my family.
Hopefully inviting my younger brothers & cousins over to hang out, eat good food, play games. Anyone else is welcome too, but getting them to show up is another thing lol.
Will be hosting my family and in laws this holiday season. Time to bring out the wine and start making my grocery list. 🙂
Kids are grown. The hubby and I will have our first Christmas alone. It will be quite and different. Nice cup of coffee and the t.v. Hope everyone has a merry Christmas!!
Our tree is up and my four kids will spend the next week or so finishing the presents they are making one another. I need to hurry up and get my shopping finished so I can wrap. We plan to host for my side of the family and go to my inlaws on Christmas Eve to see the Aunts and Uncles and Cousins for a book exchange. Always lots of fun!
Just over four years ago we lost our Mama and holidays have been HARD, especially Christmas. Christmas was her favorite. For the first time since we lost Mama I actually feel like celebrating Christmas again. Our house is decorated, gifts have been ordered/purchased, new Christmas Jammies have arrived, everything is in order … except for the final plans. I don’t have a clue what Christmas Eve or Christmas Day will look like. The only thing I do know is for the first time in 22 years I have five full days off of work to celebrate, cook, eat, and enjoy.
My december plans are to have a holiday family party and then a christmas day with the kids and hubby.
Hi Julie! Happy holidays! I plan to visit my Mom in AZ where i will spend some time with most favorite human in the world, my god son Jacob. He is almost 5 now and all the festivities are way more exciting. Oh! and a chile verde contest, tamale making/sale for veterans, Toys or Tots bike run and Kids Christmas Parade. Wishing you and the farm a happy holiday season.
R&R, catching up with friends
Keeping three kids in line! 🤣🎄
Our son just left to live overseas for a few years, so we’ll have a bit of a scaled down Christmas this year.
My 82 year old father had a heart attack on Oct. and through the tests they did he was diagnosed with lung cancer. The Docs put 5 stents in his heart and it is doing very well. The cancer is stage 2 and he is in the midst of radiation treatments. His prognosis is very good. This Christmas I will have around 25 family members at my home, including my dad, and we will celebrate the joys of the season and the gift of life.
not much just family presents/dinner
It’s just my husband and our 17 year old and, so it gets kind of depressing on the holidays since we don’t have other family to spend it with, so this year, we are going on a cruise! I can’t wait!! I hope you have a very happy holiday season whatever you do!!!!
We are going over to my parents house for Christmas day and enjoying some time together.
Just going to spend time with family. We don’t need a thing but do need to make more memories.

Recuperating from surgery and spending time with family.
I was in the hospital in May and June of this year and I was very sick. I came really close to dying. I’ve had a hard time bouncing back and I don’t have an immune system. I can’t be around anyone except my immediate family and Homehealth at this time unless it’s very important like the hospital or an in person doctor’s appointment. So, this year I will be here at home having Christmas dinner with my family that I see and rely on daily. I’m so Thankful for them! I have been watching a lot of Christmas movies and trying to make it feel as much like Christmas as possible. Lol I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!🎄Thank you for the chance!
My December holiday plans? Watching the grandkids open presents and having a large family meal afterwards. Hope you and yours have a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year!

I just found him last June… pretty amazing tale really but the main thing is he loves me and is so happy I found him.
Having been raised by shitty, abusive step parents I was amazed to learn that I am actually a true blue 60’s love child !!!
How about that ?
Merry Christmas !

This Christmas I’ll be celebrating with my elderly/disabled mom and my 1yr old nephew that I have custody of at the moment. All my kids are grown and doing their own thing this year.
Spend time with my family.
I’m a lifelong self-employed artist doing “healing nature art” for healthcare. This year money is non-existent, so we will likely take a walk on our beach at low tide. Make some homemade fettuccini alfredo. Then, when our latest huge job for the US Army at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany pays in February, start having more time for play, and road trips to see the beauty of Spring.
On the 17th we will have “ Little Christmas” which is when I have all of my neighbors and their little people over and we have dinner and open presents. All the kids are 5 and under and they make me smile! Christmas Day, will be my family and my parents. We’ll have nice day but quiet as I lost my brother last year and my mom has stage 4 metastatic cancer. Still blessed and still grateful though.
We are unsure yet as dad is in the hospital. Depends on if he will be out by Christmas. Been in since just before Thanksgiving. We usually do a big family dinner and enjoy each others company.
We’ll be having a quiet holiday at home.
Staying home cooking for the family
Volunteering at my children’s schools, decorating cookies, and enjoying the magic through my kids.
Nothing really planned
It will be a quiet Christmas this year. My husband is an RN and he is on call that entire weekend. Hopefully we can share Christmas Eve dinner together and a nice Christmas Eve church service when his call is done for the evening. I will most likely spend a good part of Christmas Day reading.
Gathering with siblings, spouses, nieces & nephews at my childhood home.
My December plans are sad ones and happy ones. We will most likely be burying my dad soon but I’m still trying to make the holidays special for my kiddos.
My big want for 2023 is to get a job and find a good day care for my little one.

Mac is my favorite Mr 🥰
I’d choose to be Veronica based on the name alone.

Oh that’s tough.. my favorite holiday movie would be either Santa Clause, The Holiday or National Lampoons Vacation

If I could vacation anywhere with my entire family it would be Ireland ♥️
18 wasn’t bad but 19 was a real eye opener.
Yesss to sick heart 2 😍
My best moment in 2022 was getting to know the friends I have now.
Honestly choosing just one giveaway I’d like best is the hardest question so far.
They are all so amazing. And I’d happy to win any of them.
Not much planned this year. We had hoped to finally have a christmas away from the cold and snow, but we’ll just be lucky to get through the holidays financially. Maybe we’ll get a lucky break sometime next year and we’ll be able to afford to go then.
Love your 12 days questions and giftaways. You’re so generous. Happy Holidays! 🎄
Staying home with hubs and daughter, we are not great at grand celebrations 😄. Happy holidays 🎄
For everyone to survive the holidays without any health issues. December of last year was a doozy, so this year we are taking it easy and appreciating everyone in our immediate family is still here with us.
After being out of town for the last two Christmases, I am very excited to be home with my kiddos for Christmas. We have a family tradition as going to church Christmas Eve, then doing dinner and gifts with my side of the family. I cannot wait to have a quiet Christmas morning just the four of us. This is what memories are made of.
Every year, I look forward to when my kids are out of school for Christmas Break. No homework! We watch Christmas movies together on the couch and eat popcorn and just talk. I love these moments.
Lots of work, finishing up my final class of my Masters program – so excited to finally be done with school! My sister and her family will be in town so we will get to visit with them, my daughter is home from her first semester of college. We’ll bake Christmas cookies like crazy the weekend before Christmas.
No plans, I take care of my mom and it makes things a bit hard to get done.
I’ll be cooking with the family, doing some shopping and enjoying the company of family keeping a lot of noise, laughing, singing, just doing the typical family stuff.
I WILL BE GOING TO MY SISTER IN LAWS HOUSE AND HAVING A FATASTIC DINNER.
Having a quiet meal with my husband and cat, Marvin.
Dinner with friends and spend the day with my goddogs (who always get the best gifts from me)
Dinner with my family.
Thank you for the chance! Following all! December plans, enjoy the Christmas lights. Spend time making new memories with my kids and lots of reading.
Our month of December plans; family trip to get our Christmas tree from our local farm, going into the city for the holiday pop up bars, a day of wrapping presents while watching Hallmark movies, baking cookies with my girls, annual holiday party/cookie exchange with friends and finally, spending Christmas with great food/drinks with my awesome family. One of my favorite times of the year!
I plan on doing some baking and candy-making and spending a lot of time with my family.
Spending time with family and making Christmas cookies
Family time in Spain!!! I also plan to visit a couple of universities with my son. Cheers
This year my family is doing a Christmas brunch but I love spending the holidays with the family
I plan to bake christmas cookies for my coworkers, spend time with family and friends and my new and handsome grandson.
I just hope to survive another holiday season!!! We are all so busy, it gets so stressful at Christmas time
Stay home!
I have simple plans for Christmas, do a little cooking/baking and watch Christmas movies, listen to Christmas carols. Looking forward to it.
Don’t have them yet
Spending a few days with extended family before back to work. Hopefully a small break away with my family in the new year
I plan to enjoy time with my son who is a high school senior. Watch movies and eat way too much.
Christmas this year will be spent with the in-laws. Since their house will be full we’ll be staying in a hotel. So with two small children I’m going to try and make our hotel festive and our time together and with family joyful. We may not be home but we will be together.
Work. Forensic toxicologist here no rest for the wicked. Super low staff and too much work. So hopefully some family time christmas weekend but thats about it!
Just staying home, cooking and baking. Watching all the Christmas movies!
We’ll be at my mom’s early on Xmas Eve then the in-laws. Xmas Day at my mom’s where I’ll help with dinner. We watch lots of football and movies.
I plan to do little to nothing. I am going to my granddaughter’s for dinner and gift exchanges. Everyone will show up at my house at some point over the holidays, but they need to entertain me instead of the other way around. LOL
I plan to visit some relatives nearby and have a good evening just sitting and talking 💗
I’m now in Florida 😊I just uprooted and move from California really scary 😱 at my age(55) but starting a new life fingers crossed I made the right choice 😬
Well I am starting the end of this year getting out of a toxic marriage, started a new job. Maybe having to move depends on what happens with my soon to be ex-husband court case for being a really awful person.
We will see. Wish me luck! Starting over again at 53.
Merry Christmas.
My brother, who has MR and lives in a group home, happily with his own job, friends, and responsibilities.
He comes to visit for 2 weeks. We have a grand time doing different things.
My holiday plans are pretty low key, we spent Christmas eve with family that we can’t see on Christmas day and then we spend new years eve at home playing games and eating snacks.
