For me, actually (while of course I would have loved winning one of your prizes) the best part of your contest was the time away, the time alone it gave me to just wallow in the books or the comments or the prizes themselves. The same can actually be said about the year before. I don’t know exactly how many hours you put into getting everything together; handcrafting many of the prizes yourself; but I am truly impressed with your ability to do so! You can not only write best selling novels, you also have artistic skills that I completely lack & I am always impressed by ppl who can do the things I find impossible. I can’t really make videos, either, so watching other people’s work is always a joy and in that same spirit, I can appreciate that you spent tens of hours (hundreds of hours?) putting everything together.
