I know a lot of you have been feeling the spring season for a while now, but here at 7100 ft in Colorado, it just arrived last week! And it’s pretty nice. Even though it actually did snow on Wednesday – lol. It didn’t last. But all the grass is green now and I’ve even got some plants going in the garden.

I’m still trying to sell this ranch. It’s been on the market for a few months now and we’re getting new pics taken this week because our last outdoor pics were in February. We’ve had a LOT of showings but it’s a pretty out-of-the way location and a lot more land than most people are used to. So cross your fingers for me that we get an offer soon. I would really like to unpack everything that had to be put away for the showings!
