Welcome to my annual 12 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS!

If you’re new to this – here’s how it works:

1.   Each day from December 1 through December 12 I will put up a new giveaway HERE on my website with instructions on how to enter, a detailed description of the prize, and some stuff about the book or series. Each giveaway is different and each has ONE WINNER. MY GIVEAWAYS ARE ALWAYS OPEN INTERNATIONAL

2.   Each giveaway runs UNTIL DECEMBER 13.

3.   Winners are CHOSEN and NOTIFIED on December 14. I will be notifying winners USING THE EMAIL USED TO COMMENT ON THIS BLOG – and all winners will BE LISTED AT THE TOP OF EACH GIVEAWAY POST HERE ON MY WEBSITE on December 14.

4.   Winners have 24 hours to respond, then another winner will be chosen.

5.   ALL PRIZES WILL BE MAILED ON DECEMBER 15.  If I’m waiting on a winner to respond and they miss the December 15 mail date, that prize will be mailed when I get around to it. I live in the middle of nowhere so a trip to the post office is a “thing” for me. 🙂 So make sure you’re checking for winners on the 14th.

6.   I will send newsletters announcing giveaways on December 1, December 6, December 12, and a Winner newsletter on December 14. I NEVER send this many newsletters in a month so sorry if that feels spammy.

7.   You can also FOLLOW MY BLOG. I will also make a blog post HERE announcing ALL WINNERS on the 14th. If you want to follow this blog there will be a form at the bottom of each post to do that. Then you get an email when I POST HERE. I don’t do that often – December is the exception because of the 12 Days and my yearly “Wrap-up” post.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

THAT’S IT! I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY THIS!

The world is INSANE right now so I’m just trying to spread some cheer and give back to all of you who support me and enjoy the stories I create.

NOW LET’S GET ON TO THE FIRST GIVEAWAY!

DAY 8

IN EACH POST I WILL HIGHLIGHT A BOOK

TODAY’S BOOK HIGHLIGHT IS BLOOD LOVERS

Dark Paranormal Romance

The Devil craves beauty. Even in himself.
The vampire will make magnificent promises and I will say yes.
The man I give my heart to will steal my soul.

Syrsee

My grandma gave me these words of wisdom just before she died.
Then she told me to run.
Because if the old witch is dying, then he needs a new one.
And that’s me.
This is my curse.
I am the vampire’s power.
I am the vampire’s strength.
I am the vampire’s food.
And he is very, very hungry.

Ryet

I hate him, but I crave him.
I want to be rid of him, but I also want him next to me.
I want to feed on him and sometimes I dream about him feeding on me.
It feels like a trick. Like abuse.
Like Stockholm syndrome.
But it’s not. It’s just… the blood.
I am the vampire’s scion.
I am the vampire’s slave.
I am the vampire’s future.
And he will never let me go.

Paul

I am the vampire.
Once you make a deal with me, it’s done.
There’s no going back.
Once I bite my lip—
Once I bare my teeth—
Once I let it drip—
He’s mine.
She’s mine.
And together we are blood lovers.

Blood Lovers is a dark, seductive journey into a world where the blood runs black, the dreams are purple, and the demons aren’t just dangerous, they’re beautiful.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WINTER OR INDOOR HOBBY?

MY ANSWER

I’m not actually a ‘winter hater’ but I don’t have winter hobbies like skiing or snowboarding. Despite living in Colorado. So I don’t think I actually have a winter or indoor hobby. But I do have winter chores around the ranch–which might as well be a winter sport.

But I do love BOOTS! Fluffy boots, mostly comfy boots. I really, really love winter boots. So I’m gonna say that winter boots are my hobby and I am actually sad when it gets too warm to wear them again in the spring.

HERE’S A SNEAK PEEK OF TOMORROW’S GIVEAWAY!

Living on the ocean in SoCal means winters bring the cold mostly at night. I absolutely love it. I love snugging in a soft, fuzzy blanket with a book and tea. I love the single light turned on to read by in the early dark. I love fuzzy slippers and warm pajamas. Such a great break from the heat of the rest of the year. It’s like a hobby to go with my favorite reading hobby!

I don’t have a winter hobby. I lived in rural North Dakota for almost 14 years, and now I live on the Southern Coast of Oregon. I’m done with winter – the freezing cold, the ice, and the snow. 😂 Our winter here is the rainy season. The coldest it ever gets is 35 at night. The hottest it ever gets is 80, and both temps are rare to reach. But I digress . . . My winter hobby is . . . 🤔 . . . reading more.

I LOVE WINTER!!! I love walking in the snow. The first snowfall of the season I would walk in it at night. It was just beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. When my youngest daughter was old enough to go, she went with me. Then we’d continue to walk all winter. Now my granddaughter loves the snow too. Such special memories. Now I live in Florida and miss it. Someday I’ll go back to Illinois. I might be too old by then to walk in it but I’ll have a chair right by the window to enough it. ❄️❄️❄️❄️

I also LOVE spending time with my daughter and her Girl Scout troop. I’m a scout mom and co-leader and our troop is booming during winter! We get so many projects and badge work done when it’s cold out. Once the weather is nice, the girls are off and impossible to herd into a meeting!

Living in South GA means not having much of a winter. We only have MAYBE 2 months of really cold weather, for the most part it’s just hot here. There’s not really any winter things to do here unless it’s Christmas time. I do love winter clothes more than summer clothes though but we don’t have much chance to wear them 😂

Although atm, I’m mostly just working on getting this house in better order. For the new year. Because come the new year, i’m gonna be trying hard to get my online business up and running. And getting my writing routine/ritual down so i can get myself into better shape mentally, if not physically. Thanks for asking such a good question. Happy Holidays! 🎄💕

I live in the Mid-South and our winters are chilly and wet with at least one ice storm every year. I occupy my time with word games, puzzles, crossstich, and reading when the weather is too yucky to get out. But the hobby I enjoy most is my Disney/ Mickey Mouse collection. Just being surrounded by the hundreds of Disney themed items I’ve collected over the past 40 years brings me great joy! When we do happen to get more than a couple inches of snow, I make the most of it by building a snowman and make snow angels. ☃️

Several ankle injuries and surgeries have limited my winter hobby activities, but I do enjoy visiting the mountains in the winter. I may not be able to ski or skate anymore, but the scenery is amazing, and I like curling up with a book and a great view or strolling through quaint mountain towns in comfy boots (I do *really* love my winter boots). We actually took a winter vacation to Alaska a few years ago, and while I wasn’t able to ski with the family, I was able to hike a glacier and enjoy a snowmobile excursion. It was a pretty magical experience.

Honestly, my indoor hobby is reading. I read about 100 books per year. Outdoors, During the winter it’s mostly nice to sit outside (till the mosquitoes come out). I have a strong dislike for Summer. The winter gives us breezes, low 40-50 at night & 60’s or very few mid 70’s.

Outdoor: My son and I love to hike, no matter the weather. We hail from Michigan, so we get lots of snow and ice! But there’s just something so magical about trekking through the snow in a state park and stopping suddenly to listen to….nothing. Everything is crisp, clean and quiet.

Indoor: My family does puzzles in the winter. We each have a table set up the our own puzzle on it. If you get stuck on your puzzle you can jump into someone’s puzzle until your inspired (or someone else fitted the pieces that annoyed you) to return to your own puzzle. It’s like a group project. The only “rule” we have is that if you’re working on someone else’s puzzle and there’s just that last piece left, you leave it for the person whose puzzle it is. They put in the final piece to their own puzzle.

Ehhh, we don’t really have “winter” here in Southern Nevada. When our boys were young, we’d drive out of town to Mt. Charleston where it snows and we’d go sledding and then before we left we’d build a snowman in the bed of our truck and drive home (we’d get people honking and laughing all the way home) then we’d push the snowman out onto the driveway and the boys would spread the snow out and the neighborhood kids would all come running and play in the snow until it melted away. Nowadays winter is no different than any other season, it just gets a little bit colder. I grew up in New York where we had blizzards and freezing weather so I do miss wearing the fuzzy warm boots. Maybe when we retire we’ll move to a place that gets snow again and I’ll be able to boots again.

Born and raised in Iowa you would think I would like or be used to cold and snowy months, but I don’t like winter. My favorite indoor hobbies are reading and watching movies. For Mother’s Day my oldest child came out to see me and her present to me was a crochet hook and yarn. Yes, that kid taught an old dog a new trick. I have crocheted 4 full-sized blankets. It relaxes me so much. I haven’t learned anything but the double crochet stitch, but I will get there.

I don’t do it as often as I’d like, and I go through phases where I’ll work on my cross stitch project for a few weeks and then not pick it up again for a few months so it takes me forever to finish anything, but I do enjoy it when I finally finish.

The more I learn about you … the more I’m shaking my head and grinning. There are really only 2 seasons: sandals and boots … I have a lot of both.
I hate the winter. I inherited terrible arthritis and I hurt a lot in the winter so my hobby is finding heat – I sit wrapped up in blankets in front of the big stone fireplace outside and I get in my hot tub a couple times a day.

It’s a bit of maintenance and I find it comforting and therapeutic taking care of the stove, building fires, and all that that entails.

I don’t do any winter sports and spend the cold days reading and making homemade desserts for friends that don’t cook or bake. Sometimes I will make wreaths for gifts. I used to sew and make clothes, but only do that occasionally now, since my main machine stopped working and only have an antique Singer Travel Sewing Machine. It works, but all the special attachments it has I’m not sure how to use them. Would love a new one with push buttons for all the pretty embellishments that you could think of to make things extra pretty. 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

In my younger days I loved to ski. Anytime I could get away and get on the slopes was fantastic. Sledding in the back yards with the whole neighborhood gang was always a hoot. My Dad who was a fireman would grab a sled and ride the sled down the hill (to the firehouse) whenever the fire alarm went off.
But now in my 70’s and living in Florida, when the temperature dips down past 60 the only thing you see me doing is sitting in front of my electric fireplace reading my book.

My favourite winter indoor hobby is obviously listening to your books! I put them on my speaker, so I can listen while I’m putting around my apartment. And yes, I do have to stop and rewind a few times. I’m just coming out of being ill, severe long sepsis, so your books certainly keep my mind going and healing.

It has given me the opportunity to meet some good friends and acquaintances along the way. It has also put a little extra spending money for the extras.

I’ve been thinking that this winter, after the holidays, I’d like to take up rock painting. I love all the quotes and graphics that people paint on rocks. Our indoor winter hobby is cooking a different soup every Saturday until the snow goes away the first week of April. We live in Rochester NY on Lake Ontario, all the snow that passes over Buffalo NY hits us next. My parents never taught us any winter sports, but our teenagers taught themselves to ice skate. So my husband and I make the soup from scratch and bake breadbowls to enjoy with it while the kids skate on Saturdays.

Sacred Trinity

THE DANGER IN THE DAMAGE

A soldier searching for redemption.
A man addicted to control.
And the woman caught between them…

Ean Shephard knows trouble when he sees it and Olive Creed is the kind of trouble that can burn his whole world down. As Collin Creed’s baby sister, she’s completely off-limits. But her quiet strength, combined with her sad vulnerability, keeps pulling him closer. Shep came to Edge Security to escape his past, but falling for Olive could ruin his second chance and the fragile peace he’s fought so hard to find.

Brose Sinclair has always played the long game. He and Olive are more than just partners inside the shadow organization they both work for, they’re lovers. His absolute authority keeps her on track and Olive likes it that way. But her sudden attraction to their target threatens everything they’ve worked for and for the first time, Brose finds himself questioning whether control is enough to keep Olive by his side.

Olive Creed has spent her life learning to play her role perfectly. She can’t afford to mess up. Not with Brose watching her every move, looking for mistakes. Mistakes she sometimes makes on purpose just to spur on his titillating punishment. But as she starts to fall for her target and her world begins to crumble beneath her feet, Olive finds herself wondering—which one of these two men would truly be there in her darkest hour?
