JA Huss

Romance, Science Fiction

Most of us like those superhero movies well enough, right? The kids like them, the husband likes them, and we go along with it because hey, who doesn’t want to see a shirtless Hugh Jackman, #amiright? And now they got him paired up with a little girl and holy shit, ovaries are exploding across the world.

It has now been almost three years since I came up with this idea to write a series about supervillains/heroes falling in love. I put the first book, Anarchy Found, out in December 2015 after planning it for over a year. And I knew then that I probably would not complete the series in order like I usually do, just because it’s kind a different. But I’m so happy that I made time in 2017 to pick this series back up and go back to Cathedral City.

From the time I started plotting Anarchy Found to the time I started writing Anarchy Missing two cool things happened in the real world. One – Mr. Robot came out on TV. If you’re into this kind of story, you REALLY need to check out Mr. Robot. Lots of parallel themes going on in that series. The other cool that happened was that Deadpool was made into a movie. Fucking Deadpool. The BEST superhero movie ever made. I kinda think the Anarchy Series is a twisted romance-y version of Mr. Robot meets Deadpool! 🙂

We really needed Deadpool, you know? I don’t need a Wonder Woman movie, OK? I need the Dark Knight fucking Cat Woman pronto, that’s what I need. I need Joker getting it on with Harley Quinn. I need to see the inside of Iron Man’s secret Sex room. You KNOW he has one, right? He does.

We, meaning us women–we like the superheroes. But we mostly like them because we’d secretly like to fuck them. Is that so wrong? Is it? No. It’s natural ladies. And up until Deadpool came out all those fucking Hollywood asshole directors would just dangle these hot men in our faces and say – “Ha! You will never get a sex scene out of me!” Well, fuck off you prissy pigs–Ryan Reynolds knows what’s up. We’re Deadpool Diehards now. We got sex in Deadpool and now that we’ve had a taste–we’re never going back.

And that’s what my Anarchy Series is all about. Just a fun romp through a superhero movie where ya actually get what you came for. A sexy Alpha Male doing questionable things in the name of heroism, or justice, or best interest of the people. That’s it. Sex with supervillains.

What’s that… Oh you thought it was sex with superheroes? Good God no – how boring that would be.

This is what’s up right here – Three friends escape from a secret “Prodigy School” as teenagers and grow up to be… hot as fuck, bad-ass, bad-guy billionaires, bitches! What else?  If that’s something you’re into, check it out below. 😉

About JA Huss

JA Huss never wanted to be a writer and she still dreams of that elusive career as an astronaut. She originally went to school to become an equine veterinarian but soon figured out they keep horrible hours and decided to go to grad school instead. That Ph.D wasn’t all it was cracked up to be (and she really sucked at the whole scientist thing), so she dropped out and got a M.S. in forensic toxicology just to get the whole thing over with as soon as possible.

After graduation she got a job with the state of Colorado as their one and only hog farm inspector and spent her days wandering the Eastern Plains shooting the shit with farmers. After a few years of that, she got bored. And since she was a homeschool mom and actually does love science, she decided to write science textbooks and make online classes for other homeschool moms. She wrote more than two hundred of those workbooks and was the number one publisher at the online homeschool store many times, but eventually she covered every science topic she could think of and ran out of shit to say.

So in 2012 she decided to write fiction instead. That year she released her first three books and started a career that would make her a New York Times bestseller and land her on the USA Today Bestseller’s List eighteen times in the next three years. Her books have sold millions of copies all over the world, the audio version of her semi-autobiographical book, Eighteen, was nominated for an Audie award in 2016, and her audiobook Mr. Perfect was nominated for a Voice Arts Award in 2017. Johnathan McClain is her first (and only) writing partner and even though they are worlds apart in just about every way imaginable, it works.

She lives on a ranch in Central Colorado with her family.
